I am such an idiot sometimes facepalm. I misnumbered all my chapters from 10 to now.

It's quiet for a while. Kind of anyway. My head is roaring, absolute chaos reigning. Why is this Trystan dude keeping quiet. This ain't any type of dream? Who does he think he is? What the hell is happening? This is blasphemy! Great, my world is being ripped apart and SAT words are what comes to mind. I have got to be completely bonkers.

"If this ain't any kind of dream, what kind of thing is it?" His eyes glow emerald as he looks at me. His hair is short, in the absense of light it looks nearly pitch black, maybe it is. There's a look in his eyes, one I can't name, bit before I can even try to decipher it he blinks and it's gone. "It's reality princess. Just not the one you're used to. The world's a bigger place than shops and movies, princess. There are bigger problems in this world than One Direction breaking up amd your favourite show going on hiatus." His face is scrunched up and his words condenscending, almost disgusted.

"Really? You think I'm a shallow teen? Someone who doesn't realise that life isn't moonshine and roses?" I'm basically screeching at this point, my voice echoes off the walls. Histeria obvious to anyone with working ears. "I don't think anything. We've been watching you Katei Athena Dyname-Agape. You're a selfish little girl. All we've seen you do is go to shops, movies, restaurants, that one time you went to a bookstore, but that's it. You're exactly like all those typical teenagers. You only care about yourself. You didn't even defend your best friend when she was being harassed!"

"What? Who do you think you are? Why the hell have you even been watching me? Stalker much? And as for not defending my friend? She isn't someone who needs saving. She's Amicitia freaking  Cairdeas! She already has an overprotective boyfriend not to mention that she could handle Ack with her eyes closed and hands tied behind her back, so me not doing anything? That was me showing her that I know she can easily handle an ass like Ack. As for me being a typical teenager? That's a gross inaccurate stereotype. Teens care about so much more than people give them credit for. How do you know that I don't do volunteerwork when I am able? How do you know that I don't try my best to make a difference? There is nothing wrong with relaxing and spending a weekend in the shops with your best friend, especially the weekend before your birthday! So, Trystan, excuse me for being a bloody typical teenager, I wasn't aware it's a crime to enjoy yourself every once in a while. As a matter of fact, it looks like you should give it a try. And before you accuse me of being a damn drama queen, I would like you to know that this damn typical teenager just had her house broken into by four maniacs and an asshole of a teenager, her best friend's boyfriend greet one of said maniacs like an old friend, been fricken teleported to hell-knows-where and all of that on my goddamned birthday, so you can go and stuff yourself with laxitives because I am honestly just losing my shit right now and it only seems fair that you do as well." By the end of my rant my breath is short and my pulse is pounding away at my head, I am pretty sure tamatoes are probably jealous of me as well, but, frankly, I don't care.

Who does this guy think he is? My whole world is being spun on its axis and here he is calling me princess and a typical teenager. I am pretty sure I am the opposite of typical right now. As much as I am freaking out, I'm pretty sure I am acting unnaturally chill about it. I turn around and stomp away from mr stick-up-his-nose, accidentily tripping over something in the semi-darkness.

"Where do you think you're going princess?" His annoyed voice sound. I am glad he's annoyed, maybe he can learn to understand how unpleasant annoyance is. He can suffer from my silence. I'm almost at the far wall when I hear his steps following after me. "I just saved you, now you're walking away frome me? Do you even know where we are? What are you going to do? Hitch a ride with some random stranger, jist so they can try and get you too?" His last sentence brought me to a stop. He's right, I don't know where I am and at least I know he doesn't want me dead.
Once he's caught up to me he speaks again. "I'm sorry." It's so soft that I'm not even sure I heard it right, but then I feel calloused fingertips gently lifting my head to meet his eyes. "I am sorry Katei. I don't know how you know my name, but I feel like you should start over." His voice is so low and smooth that goosebumps run down my arms as I slowly nod my head and roll my eyes. He drops his hand from my face and hold it between us. "Hi, I'm Trystan K Althini-Amare. The dude that just kidnapped you from your home on your birthday to save you from being kidnapped and who then proceeded to be an utter asshole because of things that aren't your fault. You?" I look down at his hand, I can feel my lips twitching, whether it's from his introduction, the adorable - I mean apologetic - look on his face or just the overall weirdness of the day, I'm not sure. Nevertheless I put my hand in his, trying not to notice its roughness and warmth, or the way his fingers wrapped around mine seem to dwarf my hand. "Hi, Katei Athena Dyname-Agape at your service. The girl you kidnapped to keep her from being kidnapped and then proceeded to be a complete ass towards, but then apologised to."

We both chuckle a bit as our hands linger together. He quickly pulls his back. "So princess, now that we've properly intruduced ourselves, how about we try and not insult each other for the twenty minutes It'll take me to figure out where we need to be going and get my energy back. Deal?" Laughter plays in his glowing eyes as he lightly punches my shoulder, causing me to stumble (and probably bruise). He steadies me and I not-so-lightly punch him back as I agree. "I'll try my best, only if you stop calling me princess and tell me how we got here (if you say we teleported I'll slap you) and where the hell we are. It's freezing."
Since there's no rage to warm my body any longer I start to shiver. Did he bring my to the North Pole or something? "No promises, Greenland, I was wondering how long it would take you to start feeling the temperature," he smirks.

I glare at him as he seems to pull a black jacket with green stripes out of nowhere, handing it to me. I eye it suspisciously. "Where'd that come from? Because I am definitely not wearing anything you pulled out of your ass, no matter how cold it is." He shoves the jacket into my arms, nearly peeing. "I promise you it didn't come from my ass." He wheezes out. "As for where it comes from, well that we'll discuss when we discuss how we got here."
I had the jacket on before he finished his promise. Its smells like autumn leaves and wood. Reminds me of a newly built fire. I look up from (covertly) sniffing his jacket. Finding him looking at me expectedly. "What? I'm enjoying the warmth." He rolls his eyes, "Whatever. Can I leave you here to make a few phone calls?"

"Didn't we just establish that I have nowhere to go? Go!" I shoo him away. I grab a seat on the cold concrete floor. Resting my elbows on my crossed legs. I study him as he holds his phone against his ear. He's tall, well built and a gorgeous leather jacket supplies an accurate outline. As much as I hate to admit it, he's hot, like seriously hot. I wonder if Ami's okay, I hope Chris got her away from the freaky people. I they hurt her I'll be coming for them with a scythe and a flamethrower. I wonder what time it is back home. I yawn as I try and do the mental math. I am so tired, I think the shock and adrenalin is wearing off. I make myself comfortable and lie on my arms, on my lap, thanking my genes for being double-jointed. I just need to close my eyes for a second...

I'm at the damn battlefield again, the one from my previous dreams. I watch myself fight hordes of sickly-looking creatures. I have two gorgeous white-silver twin sabre-blades. It looks like I'm dancing to some unknown melody as I slash this way and that, turning and spinning as the opponents around me fall beneath my blade. In the distance two pairs of figures are hacking at eachother. I hear my name. "Katei! KATEI!"

"Katei! Princess!" I open my eyes to find Trystan standing over me. "You ready to go?" I nod my head slowly as he grabs my hand and ice runs through me again.

Hey people!!! So exams are over and I have a week of school left before the winter holidays! (and something like 2+1/2 weeks until my birthday) I am super excited.

I am going to do some minor editing to my previous chapters, correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation and such. So if you don't mind please just scan through them again... Some stuff might end up making more sense.

Love you peeps :-P
