I asked him to lift his mask and show his face to me. After all we are friends. I also added if it was okay for him.

He replied,"Actually I have skin problem. So doctor told me to wear mask always."(A lie)

I said it was okay."But you can show me a picture of you from your phone right?"

"Uh..um, yeah. I can. Wait a bit."

I brought my phone out and showed her a picture of a friend of mine. It was Mark. (again I lied).But she seemed to be well convinced. Though she had trust issues I could tell by looking at her but she still said it was okay.

I said to her," You never told me your name."

She told,"You never asked."

"Fine then, I'm asking now."

"Well then,I'm (y/n). And you?"

"I'm Mark Tuan.(Again a lie.) I must say you got a beautiful name."

"Thanks a lot. By the way where do you stay?"

"Ohh, I live close by in that 12 storied building. And you?"

"I also live here just 4 buildings before yours."

"That's nice. We can hang out more often. By the way are you in high school?"

"I know I'm too short and look like a kid. But I'm in college. I'm 19 years old. Well, want to visit my place now?"

"I'd be glad to but now I have to go somewhere. I'll be sure to come some other day and take you to my house as well."

"Yeah sure." After that we exchanged our phone numbers. He told me that he wanted to walk me home. I told that I could go by myself. But he didn't listen so I agreed.

When we were walking to my home, my hands kept brushing against his and every time I felt jolts of electricity down my body and my face felt heated up. Maybe he noticed it and moved his hand at the back and there was an awkward silence. My cheek was red like a tomato.

And there was an awkward silence so I broke it and told,"We should get to know each other more. If it's okay with you let's meet in the park tomorrow."

He said,"I'd love to come."

"Bye. It's my home." I waved my hands at him and he did too. And I left.
