Chapter 1

Georgia was just an average girl, well kind of. Liam Payne had been her bestfriend since they were young, but what will happen between them after not seeing each other for two years?

*Georgia's P.O.V*

Heart fluttering. Brain scattering. Stomach knotting. I could. Not. WAIT. to see Liam again!! We had been best friends since we were young. We met at school in Wolverhampton and our parents had become quite close also. But it had been almost two years since I saw him. I went to the X-factor auditions and shows with him, but I hadn't seen him since he told me he had to go on the X-factor tour with the other boys from One Direction, whom I had also become quite close to. I hope we could still be friends, gosh I hoped so.

I was waiting at the airport for him and the other lads, with his mum and my own. His two sisters, Ruth and Nicola and my older brother Alex were there also. We had been waiting for almost an hour and had to fight our way through the hordes of screaming fans, most were teenaged girls a bit younger than myself but there were a few boys.

I was just talking to Nicola when we heard an eruption of screams, I'm sure my eardrums were almost destroyed. But then we saw 5 tall strapping lads emerge from the long tunnel connecting the plane to the airport. First out was Niall and Louis, they didn't seem to notice us they continued their way to the exit, deep in conversation as security held back the fangirls. Next came Harry smiling and waving to fans, closely followed by Zayn, who was trying not to drop his carry-on luggage, I couldn't help but giggle when I imagined what was in the small suitcase, probably a lot of hair care products, I thought to myself, as his hair always looked perfectly sculpted. Then came a familiar face. Liam. He looked like he was tired but when he spotted his mum and sister you couldn't help but notice his eyes light up and his grin from ear to ear. He told the closest bodyguard to go over and let his mum and sisters through and with a bit of explanation from Ruth; Mum, Alex and I were allowed through too. I guess he hadn't really noticed us.

We went through and followed them to their bus and made our way to the hotel they would be staying in.
