It was about 11 pm when Eva and Dally got home. They walked in, set their coats down and looked around. Eva spotted Yugo asleep on the couch in front of the fireplace and laughed. "We did say he could use the guest room right?" She said softly. Dally kinda half nodded, he was exhausted. They had been out on the town shopping and eating since like 6pm.... Eva smiled and got a blanket for Yugo. She draped it over him gently. As she did so Yugo twitched and rolled over, His face was scrunched up. Dally looked at him. "Looks like he's having a nightmare.." He observed.
Eva nodded and grabbed Dally's hand. She led him up the stairs and checked on the kids. Elely was sound asleep, half of her body hanging off the bed and drooling... a lot.. Eva laughed quietly and closed the door. She then went to go check on Flopin. Flopin, unlike Elely, was still wide awake. He was sitting on the bed tapping his fingers on his lap. As his mom walked in he jumped and swiveled around to look at her. "Oh! Mom. How was the date?" He asked, yawning. Eva came in and sat down next to his bed, she gave him a hug. "It was wonderful sweetie. Did you guys have fun with Yugo?" Flopin nodded. He sighed, bow was the perfect time to ask. He'd have to just go for it. "M-Mom? Did something happen with Uncle Yugo and Aunt Amalia? Yugo has been weird today, kind of out of it... and Elely said it might have something to do with Auntie?"Eva blinked twice before actually registering the question. "Oh! Wow, I'm surprised you two noticed... But yeah. Those two had an argument.. It's kinda hard to piece together what happened, since I only have Aunt Amalia's end of the story.... and You can probably imagine how that is... 90% Anger and 10% fact... But I'm not sure if there's anything we can do right now. They just need some time and then they can work it out." Eva says, kissing Flopin on the forehead. Flopin nods, smiling. "Yeah I figured, I'm gonna have a heck of a time explaining that to Elely though... she's already impatient enough. When I said that before she almost blew our cover and made Yugo suspicious!" He laughed. Eva giggled a bit. "Yeah that sounds like your big sister. If you want we can talk about this tomorrow, once Yugo leaves. But for now you gotta get some sleep." Flopin nods. "Ok mama. Goodnight!" He says, laying down and pulling the blankets up around him. Eva hugs him and stands up. "Night Flopin. Love you." She says, as she closes the door quietly.
She walks into her bedroom, where Dally is already out cold. She sighs and changed into pajamas before slipping under the covers and falling asleep.
