Tara's POV

That whole thing with Cayden in the elevator really shook me up. As soon as we got out of the elevator Jillian and I freaked out a bit.

"Tara I think we should leave." Jill say taking out her keys and dragging me with her to the exit. I stop moving and she turns around to face me. A stern look on her face.

"Let's go." She demands. I sigh and give up. I wanted to run back and tell Matt and Callie, but I'm scared we'll run into him. Matt really needs to know that Cayden is coming after him. I can't just wait until something happens.

We passed Matt and Callie who were signing papers for her release from the hospital. I tried to talk to them but Jillian kept pulling me. We finally walk out to the car. Jill drives us in silence to the hotel we are staying at. I sigh before stepping out of the car. I see Matt's car so I know Callie's been discharged. How did he get here before us? Jill does drive like a grandma so it is possible.

We ride the elevator up to our floor. Once we get there I go to look in my purse for the room key, except, I don't have my purse. I groan realising I left it in the hospital in Callie's room. I quickly turn to Jill so I can get the keys to drive and get my bag.

"I left my purse in the hospital room, can I get the keys to the car?" I ask. She rolls her eyes and hands them over. I thank her before running back to the car.

I get to the hospital and asks the receptionist if I could still go to Callie's old room and get my bag. She nodded and ran to the room. I open the door to find Cayden standing there with me bag. My eyes widen. Why is he here still and why does he have my bag.

"What do you want?" I asked, trying to sound confident even though I was scared. He chuckles creepily then replies.

"I knew you had forgotten your bag, that's why I waited for you." He inched closer and closer.

"You see the plan all along was to take you not the youtube guy."

My eyes widen in fear and I backed up. I quickly turned to open the door but Cayden pushed it closed again. I quickly turned around to find him really close. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before kneeing him where the sun don't shine.

He doubled over in pain and I took it as my chance to escape. I grabbed my purse that was on the floor next to me and ran. I ran towards the elevator but decided to take the stairs. Bad Idea. I forgot we were on the top floor.

Thirteen flights of stairs to climb down. I ran as fast as I could and managed to get to the car we rented while we were here. I turned the key and the car roared to life. I quickly backed out of the parking spot and drive towards the hotel.
