DONGHYUCK'S  POV,

Donghyuck never needed an alarm to wake him up in the morning. The ongoing sound of his parents arguing over who needs to pay the bills opens his eyes straight away. They never got along. His whole family never got along. He knew his parents thought that the only person keeping this household together was his sister, but what about him? That question always eats away at Donghyuck at night, he was the oldest and yet his parents don't even acknowledge him. The poor boy only wants affection.

He sighed as he dragged himself off his bed.

"GOOD MORNING!", the boy yelled down to his parents, with no emotion whatsoever. He received no response making him grunt as he unknowingly stomped his way to the bathroom where he'd freshen up.

As he washed his face, he glanced at the clock through the mirror,

7:45am.

"HOLY FUCK IM LATE AGAIN" the boy screamed, repeatedly receiving no reply as he ran downstairs, shirt untucked, collar folded the wrong way and tie almost falling off. He quickly grasped onto a random cereal bar knocking a newly bought chinese plate off of the table. The demolition grabbed his parents attention, both eyes moved in unison as they lost their shit. The blistering sound of the glass shatter filled the room. Both furious parents were about to yell at the boy. However, seeing him leave through the front door as it slammed sending a strong gust of wind through the dining room. They were both frustrated, yet not surprised at his usual behaviour and carried on discussing financial issues.

He scanned around the house to check if his bike was there but his sister had taken it to ride the boys and herself to school.

Selfish brat.

Hyuck bolted down the streets almost getting hit by a bike rushing past and made it to school a minute before the last bell rang.

"Yah! Bitch where the fuck have you been?!", Renjun shouted, receiving multiple hits on the back by the other 5 boys. However, they all subconsciously agreed giving Donghyuck genuinely concerned looks.

"I got up late! I'm sorry." the boy explained as he scratched the back of his neck, too afraid to see their disappointed faces.

"Again?!!! You need to stop staying up until 2am writing sappy songs that no one even listens to except for your neighbours. Poor them, they must hear cats dying every night because of you." the oldest, Mark scoffed, intensely staring at Donghyuck with satisfaction of his insult. The others giggled slightly behind him but quickly gathered themselves.

"Says the one who practices 'Rap God' in their mirror and applauds themselves once they said it all without stuttering. That's right i saw you on Friday in the bathroom whilst everyone else was downstairs! Hypocritical rat." Donghyuck swiftly shot back, making Mark even more furious, about to throw a punch. The other boys luckily held him back leading him to give up. A satisfied look spread across Hyuck's face, about to say something else when he got cut off.

"Cut the bickering out. It's too early in the morning to be dealing with your bullshit lets just go." and with that, the boys silently walked to their homeroom.

Hyuck scanned the room from wall to wall studying each student, all which he had no interest in whatsoever, except for Seo. The rare sight of her napping in the classroom caught his attention as he eyed her up and down.

It was in everyone's knowledge that Donghyuck was tragically crushing on Seo ever since the start of highschool. Yes, he would always bicker with everyone, even the girls, but not as much as her, never as much as her. He would never stop bothering her in the lessons that they both winded up being in. This was why the girls backed off of him, no doubt that some of them found his demeaning smirk charming, especially his so called 'peachy voice' but nobody has ever confessed to him. They all were too scared because of Seo. He had a small crush on her but he doesn't even know it because he sure is naive as fuck.

As the devious boy was about to walk over and tease his so called victim a sudden thump on the front desk caught everyone's attention.

"Everybody take your seats! It's time to register." It was the homeroom teacher who was a big controversy after his leaked video of him calling his students 'ludicrous rats who only care about their idols'. It was right though, most of the boys and girls were shallow in the way they think. However, after the video released, the majority of the students attending Jeju Highschool decided to stop respecting him.

UNEDITED!
