deku had a quirk ut it was stolen by the doctor deku seen.
in the manga the doctor thats seen deku examined him saying he is quirk less but also in the manga that same doctor is working with all for one meaning that the doctor seen deku quirk bby using his own quirk and went to all for one giving it to him.
deku isnt suppose to be quirkless his mother yes was the third or fourth user of her quirk but they never said anything about his dads besides that he breaths fire s deku couldve had both his parents or one
since both his parents have quirks it shouldve been likely for him to have one himself. the doctor could have change the x ray picture with some one elses
