You have been dating Tom for 2 years now and everything was fine until yesterday when Tom posted a picture of you and he got a couple of mean comments as well as thousands and thousands of sweet ones. As much as you wanted to ignore the mean ones, you just couldn't. They sat in your head all day.

After reading some of thousands comments, you felt pathetic. You thought
"Why would Tom want to be with me? He deserves someone like Zendaya. "
After wiping away your tears, you walked downstairs and slowly sat you body down on the couch. Tom walked over to you and studied your painful face.
Tom- "You alright, Love?"
You- "Not really."
Tom- "What's wrong, Darling?"
You- "I don't want to talk about it."
Tom- "Ok, tell me when you want to."
You- "I never will!!!"
You stood up, already bawling and raced upstairs until you fell on the floor. Tom heard the loud thud and zipped upstairs to your perilous place.
You- "Get away from me, Tom! You should just leave me now. Stop pitying me already. I know I'm pathetic."
Tom- "What the hell are you talking about, Love?"
You- "Stop calling me that."
Tom- "Okay, Y/N, I don't know what you are talking about. Where is this coming from?'
You- (Sigh)
You pulled out your phone and let Tom scroll through your screenshots of the Instagram comments. He could barely get himself to continue scrolling. By the end of the screenshots, Tom was crying. He had the trouble putting together a response.

Tom- "Why didn't you tell me?" (his voice cracked and let out shakily)
You- "I was scared that...that-"
Tom- "That it was true?"
You- "I'm sorry, Tom."
Tom- "You have to tell me when you are hurt and/or upset. It's my duty as your boyfriend, let alone your best friend. I love you and nothing and no one can EVER change that."
You- "I love you too. But why me, Tom? Zendaya is prettier, skinnier, and way cooler."
Tom- "That's in your opinion. Which by the way, isn't true. Zendaya is great, but you are amazing. She is pretty, but you are beautiful. She is one of my best friends, but you are my only love. No one matter more to me than you"
Tom pulled you closer as he kneeled on the top stair step. He motioned for you to wrap your legs around his waist and you did. He just held you there. What were you thinking earlier? You are beautiful and Tom loves you, no matter what anyone says.
