Hoseok sat at the back of the library and waited for Yoongi. It was 9.50, but he always likes being early. The younger male had made sure to get up early so he could look his best without causing a delay. He couldn't interpret the feeling he had towards Yoongi, he played them off as curiosity due to the strange vision- not that he would admit to anything more. He was now sitting at a small table crammed into the unused section of the library, carefully sipping the coffee he had sloshed together moments before.

Yoongi arrived five minutes later. Hoseok watched as the short man made his way up the stairs, head twisting in search of his friend. Upon spotting Hoseok, Yoongi's normally nonchalant face gave into a small smile. He waltzes over to the table and pulled out a chair.

"Morning love." Yoongi drawled as he sat back, languidly flopping his arms behind his head. Hoseok was taken aback by his hyung's lackadaisical approach to their meet up, but pushed beyond his worries and cut straight to the chase:

"Have you done any research into what we thought we saw?"

"A little" Yoongi responded, stifling a yawn, " its one way to fill the sleepless nights"

It was after this comment that Hoseok noticed the deep shadows under his eyes; the hollowness of his whole appearance. Concern for the older flooded through him. Hoseok went to ask if he was okay but was silenced by a dismissive wave of Yoongi's hand. Don't ask.

For a brief moment, they sat in an awkward silence, but Hoseok (being an absolute sunshine) repressed the tense atmosphere by placing his laptop on the table and smiling widely at Yoongi.

"I have a feeling that the vision wasn't a full story, just part of our own memories. I mean, what else explains the fact that we didn't see the same thing!" Hoseok seemed proud of his conclusion.

"Yano what Hobi," Yoongi looked at Hoseok to gauge his opinion on the new nickname. The younger only smiled. " I think your assumption may be correct. What if it was from a past life?" He sounded unsure of himself.

Both men sat in a more comfortable silence, deep in thought. Yoongi was assessing all of his life, trying to find a point in it that would explain this strange occurrence. Suddenly it hit him.

"Yah, sunshine, do you remember much if any of your childhood?"

Hobi contemplated the posed question for a bit before answering.

"No, not really. My only clear memories are from a couple of years ago....... Oh, my fuck. D'you think... Is your memory the same?"

Yoongi nodded his head and laid his cheek on his hand.

"To be honest though, it doesn't matter when the memory is from. Our first focus should be on what we saw, and who it was. It might help us uncover more."

They spent the rest of the morning with their heads in books and eyes glued to Google. Having no success. Both the boys were beginning to tire, so Yoongi offered to go and buy coffee for them.

When he returned, he found Hobi pacing backwards and forwards with his head in his hands. He looked as if he was on the verge of a breakdown, however, when he looked up Yoongi could see a bright glint in his eyes. Hoseok reached out for the coffee and took a long slow gulp before looking at Yoongi; straight into his eyes. A crazed smile played on his lips.

"Tell me Yoongi, did your mother ever tell you the story of the High Council?"
