-pretty sure I am paraphraseing and I know most people have heard this one but I trully believe it. I also think when it says history it doesn't just mean the events wars or goverments. It also can mean all of human past. Both socially and other mistakes. The everday lives of people in the past and there subsequent mistakes can be ours too if you can't understand who they were as people , not just history
