Shadows of Crimson darkness

Chapter 2

3rd person pov

"Mama?" A young girl who was only 5 years of age said while glancing at her surroundings, she was in a forest all alone. her parents nowhere to be seen. The sun had set an hour ago leaving the dark clouds to cover the moons beauty, the small child was crying her eyes out without looking she tripped over a rock. "mama, papa! Where are you?" She got up on to her feet but stopped in her tracks when she heard a twig snap.

Slowly but surely the figure moved closer to the Young girl. "ahh cutie, why are you all alone out here?" The figure smirked then glared at the young girl. "come with me I promise I wont hurt you." he grabbed her hands with monstrous strength leaving her useless against him. "Sorry m-mama said n-not to talk to strangers." she said with innocence in her voice.

"Enough! Just take the girl don't kill her just yet." another man said with a gun in his hands. He hit Kizumi at the back of her head making her collapse due to his strength.

Kizumi's pov

Everything went dark and I don't like it one bit. I look down only to see nothing but darkness, mama and papa I miss you, why did you have to go? When I was 3 years old papa said I can turn into a dragon but he doesn't know what element it is yet so him and mama have been training me. It feels like I've been walking for along time but that doesn't matter now does it? Then I noticed that the air turned thick real quick. Like there was a volcano and the ashes were in my throat making me feel dizzy.

But dizziness aside I kept on walking until I saw a huge red thing (Maybe blood or kool- Aid) it also had eyes that were floating? Umm am I high or something? is this really real? "child why are you here? Are you not scared by my presents?" I looked it in its eyes terrified that I might not see the light of day ever again.

I shook my head with tears streaming down my face "I'm fine" I faked a smile and wiped my tears away. The thing spoke again but this time it was in a completely different form, it was in the shape of a person. "Sorry but what are you?" I asked hoping that the human bring wont eat me. "I'll help you escape from those pitiful humans, but do not fear me." I stayed silent not wanting to find out what it might do.

??? Pov

I watched the little one close her eyes we were still surrounded by darkness at this point but I could also see what was happening out side this thick smoke and her consciousness. The men were making fresh wounds in her flesh with sharpe weapons. I know that this little girl will feel the pain when she wakes up. I bit the small child numbing the pain in the process, with doing this I put some of my DNA in her body. I was able to enter without getting killed. "Now awaken child." I commanded, she opened her eyes but now it was my turn to help her.

3rd person pov

Kizumi stood up with no trouble her eyes now glowing a deep crimson red fangs were visible when she opened her mouth to speak "You think a mere mortal like you, can hurt me?" she said with a Venomous tone towards the two men. "she's possessed!" a man said while cowering in fear.

"Bring it on, you think I'm scared of a weak little child? Ha don't make me laugh!" the other man said still not looking scared at the girl in front of him. She took a deep breathe in then held in for a while. The man attacked her by kicking her in the gut. But that was a huge mistake, it was at that moment he knew... He f*cked up! Kizumi flew up into the sky taking the man with her at a fast rate she then released her venomous yet beautiful flame into the air burning the man to a nice crispy texture that turned into dust when the wind blew.

Her eyes went back to normal when she awoke she didn't remember anything other than that figure she met in her mind. "Kizumi where are you!!???" Kizumi ran when she heard two familiar voices that were filled with concern and worry soon after 3 or 4 minutes she found her parents. "Kizumi Don't ever run off into the forest again. We were worried sick." she hugged her mom and dad tightly then cried.

"Sorry sweetie" Kai said then kissed her forehead to calm her down. "We fought that we might not see our wonderful treasure again." Akira wiped her tears away only to see that their treasure was sleeping in her arms she teleported her family to the house and Kai put Kizumi in her bed.

Kai's pov

Its been five years since Kizumi was born I still remember when she crawled to me for the first time even though she was evil as hell when Akira gave birth. I was so happy I married and had a child with the woman I love. For Kizumi's third birthday I went into my dragon form to show her what ice was like,she had eaten at least half of the snow that called from the sky.

"papa look funny." she giggled when she saw me like this I found it nice that she wasn't as evil as before. I trained her in combat and speed while Akira taught her how to use magic of any kind for a year or so. "Sweetie be careful you might hurt yours-" Kizumi fell off of a cliff.

"Papa!!" my daughter screamed, as she dropped this was happening in slow motion so I was frozen but soon snapped out of it..

My eyes widened, my heart was beating at an inhuman rate that was filled with fear for my daughter's life I lunged myself down the cliff to catch her but she was nearing the ground at a fast rate.

'Shit!'

'please live'

'Kizumi, please be okay'

'I don't want my first born to die' my mind was mentally screaming for my Childs safety.

"KIZUMI!" I screamed with tears in my eyes as I was getting closer to the ground I managed to catch her before she hit the ground. I quickly gave her a bear hug. "shh.. P-Papa's got you, you'll be safe now okay Kizumi." My voice was cracking.

I glanced down only to see huge brown eyes full of fear was a river of tears running down her face. "papa." was all she said I calmed her down by rocking her back and forth like Akira did after she gave Kizumi her breakfast. "I'll make sure that never happens again I promise." Koizumi then gave me a weak smile but I knew that she was tired.
