Drake's POV.
2 months later...Surprisingly, Kaden didn't act as bad as I thought he would be meeting the pack.
"Okay, how many pack members do we have?" my mate asked our new Beta, Axel.
"We have 234 pack members and 76 pack warriors. So, 310 members all together."
"Thank you, Axel."
"No problem, Alpha."
He looked at me and smiled, bowing his head slightly before walking off.
"You're going to be a good Alpha," Elizabeth told me with a smile. She wrapped her arms around my neck, pulling me down for a kiss. My arms slithered around her waist.
My baby boy was almost two years old. He is a year and three months old.
Where did the time go?
"I know right?" Liz asked, pulling away from the kiss. I growled playfully.
"What are you? A freaking mind reader?"
"Pretty much."
"You're so mean," I whined, leaning down and nipping at her bottom lip.
She smiled with a faint giggle. Kaden cried from upstairs, and Lizzy groaned, pulling back.
"I'll go do it," I said, kissing her forehead.
"Thanks," she mumbled.
I chuckled, "Anything for my, baby girl."
Her cheeks flushed.
I walked upstairs to Kaden's bedroom. I picked him up from out of his crib, holding him to my chest.
"Hey, Buddy. I'm right here. Shh. I've got you," I said softly bouncing him lightly.
I put him on his diaper changing table. I took off his old diaper, throwing it away, cleaning my little boy up, and putting a new diaper on him.
"It's okay, Bub. Just get some sleep," I whispered down to him as I laid him in his crib.
