💙Evie's P.O.V.💙
I was in chemistry, sitting next to Doug, when I look to the board, which had UNIT TEST TODAY written in big bold letters.
I widened my eyes and scrambled to find my magic mirror in my bag.
"What are you looking for?" Doug whispered to me.
"My mirror! It gives me all the answers I need. I'm totally lost without it" I whispered back to him, freaking out.
Then Mr. Delay cleared his throat, "Um, excuse me, Miss Queen? Looking for something?" And I looked up to see him holding up my magic mirror. "Thank you, Chad. It's gratifying to see someone that still respects the honor code" he said, looking at Chad, then turned back to me, "Miss Queen, It will be my recommendation that you are expelled.
"Mr. Delay, I-" I attempted to explain myself but then, to my surprise, Doug interrupted me.
"But that isn't fair, Mr. Delay!" He proclaimed, "Obviously she wasn't cheating since she didn't have that... Whatever it is".
"It's called a magic mir-" I tried to tell him.
"You're not helping," He mumbled to me, then turned back to Mr. Delay, "Maybe she needed another pencil," he suggested.
"Actually, I was-" I tried to tell the truth, but Doug stopped me.
"Really, don't help. Just let me handle this, okay?" Doug said to me gently, and I nodded softy.
It's so sweet of him to stick up for me like this, I thought, blushing slightly.
"Just give her another chance," He begged the teacher, "please".
"Please" I mouthed to Mr. Delay when he glanced over at me.
He sighed, "Well, If you can pass this test, I'll return your property and let the matter drop".
I nodded and took a deep breath as he put the test on my desk.

♥️Jade's P.O.V♥️
I was at my locker, talking to Lonnie about cheer practice after school tomorrow, then all of a sudden I feel someone wrap their arms around my waist and gently kiss my neck.
I blushed and turned around to see Carlos, making me smile brightly.
"Hey" he said softly to me, in this deep and honestly sexy tone, then he bent down to kiss my lips.
I kissed him back gently, "Hey you" I smiled and wrapped my arms around his neck.
"I missed you this morning" He said, pulling my closer to him.
"I missed you too" I replied back, then realized Lonnie was still standing there.
"Okay, you two are seriously the cutest and haven't even been dating a week," Lonnie squealed.
I giggled as Carlos held me close, "Thanks Lonnie".
"Of course! I gotta go meet Jane for History class, see you guys later" She said and walked off.
Carlos turned me around to face him, "So, I was thinking," he started saying, "We haven't gone on our official first date yet".
"No, we have not," I smiled, kind of sensing where this conversation was going.
"What are you doing today after school?" He asked me.
"Nothing yet, but I have a feeling you're about to tell me" I bit my lip, trying to control my big smile.
He grinned and nodded, "I'll pick you up at five".
I smiled, "I'll be waiting".
"Now I gotta get to class, see you soon" he smiled, kissing my lips deeply.
I kissed him back and nodded, watching him walk away.

💙Evie's P.O.V.💙
At lunchtime, I hid my graded Chemistry test behind my back and walked up to Doug. I put the B- test in front of his face and smiled, sighing in relief, "For the first time, It's like I'm more than just a pretty face".
He grinned, taking a glance at my test then looked up at me, "A shocker, huh?"
I blushed and sat down next to him on the bench, "You were pretty great in there" I smiled at him, referring to earlier today in class.
"So were you" he said, smiling back at me.
I sighed, still blushing, "thank you for helping me out today, and for showing me that I am actually worthy of being smart".
"Of course, I'm happy to help" He replied.
I picked up my test off the picnic table and looked at it long and hard, "Hey, I bet I can get an A on the next test without my mirror" I tell Doug.
"Yeah. Well, maybe we can get together and We'll hang out with-" he started saying but I interrupted him the moment I heard him say get together.
"Yeah, let's get together" I nodded, smiling like a complete idiot and he grinned back at me.
"There you are!" Jade exclaimed, walking over to me, "I have been looking for you literally everywhere!"
I looked at her with a confused look on my face, "What's wrong?"
She groaned, seeming like she was panicking, and took a deep breath, "Carlos just asked me out on... a date".
"Nice!" Doug exclaimed.
I giggled and stood up, "We can handle this. Bye Doug".
"Bye Evie" he chuckled, and wave goodbye to us as I grabbed Jade's hand and lead her to my dorm.
A.N.- hey guys! I'm so sorry this is such a short chapter, and I'm sorry for not posting in a few days! I have been so busy with my birthday this past week and my party, plus hanging out and getting together with all of my friends. Anyways, hope you guys enjoyed this chapter.
