"Are you sure this is a good idea, Gaara? Isn't there some other way to protect the village?" I asked, worry in my eyes. Gaara placed a hand on my shoulder, "Kimi, I used to wonder, 'why did Father make me a Jinjuuriki?' but now, as the Kazekage and as a father, I now understand why Father did it, to protect the village, only in this case, I'm also doing it to protect you and Aziz from harm. Aziz will be very strong, even stronger then me when he grows up, Kimi." he said and I looked at our sleeping baby boy, Aziz,
"But how can you be sure he will be able to control Shukaku?" I asked and Gaara smiled, "Naruto already promised to teach him how." he answered and I relaxed a little as I looked at Aziz who was sleeping soundly. I walked over and gently picked him up, "My baby. I'm sorry we are doing this to you." I whispered sadly and Gaara walked over and I handed Aziz to him, "Aziz, my boy, I believe with all my heart that you can control Shukaku, and I promise no matter what, I'll be here for you. You will not ever be alone, Aziz." He said as the baby slept in his arms and tears ran down my face.
Gaara laid Aziz down, "Believe me, Kimi, I don't like this anymore then you do, but the only way to protect our village from a tailed beast's attack is to face it with a tailed beast, and I know with all my heart that Aziz will be able to control the power I could not." he said and walked away with the others and I swollowed, as the doors shut before me, "Gaara, wait!" I shouted after him.
