I busted into my Father's office, "Father What's going on?" I demanded. Pain filled my eyes as I saw my mother in tears and my father staring out the window, anger in his eyes. Even Aunt Temari was here, and she wasn't even a sand Jonin anymore. She belonged to the Leaf Village now, where my mother was from. Aunt Temari saw me and gave me a tired smile, "Hello, Aziz." She said. Curiosity got the better if me, "Aunt Temari, what are you doing here?" I asked walking over to her. Her smile disappeared, "You should ask your father that." She said. I looked at Father again to see him holding Mother in his arms, and Mother holding him back just as tightly. I knew how close Mother and Uncle Konkuro were, they were best friends.

I approached Father and bowed as he released Mother and turned to me, "Aziz. When I sent you with Captain Hisharo's squad, I sent your squad on one as well. It was supposed to be easy and quick, so I sent them without a fourth member. They were ambushed by Rogue Ninja. Konkuro tried to get in the way to protect Aiko and Daigo, but Daigo being Daigo decided he was going to protect Konkuro this time, and was instantly killed. Konkuro was knocked on the head and Aiko was taken from behind while Konkuro was unconscious. When Konkuro woke up, he found her dead. He was seriously injured but we don't understand why they left Konkuro alive. Either way, he's at the hospital now and the other bodies are in the morgue." He said.

I looked down as the tears filled my eyes, "Are you sending a team to find these ninja?" I asked and looked up to see Father watching me, "I was going to after telling you, but Konkuro wants me to wait until he's well so he can lead the team and I agreed." He said and I nodded then cleared my face and became professional, "Permission to join Konkuro's team." I said and Father shook his head, "Permission denied." He said.

"But Father-" I began and he interrupted me, "No, Aziz." He said. I sighed then a voice behind me spoke, "Maybe you should let him go, Lord Kazekage." I turned around and saw Chikao Sensei. Chikao Sensei was my academy teacher when I was young, he taught me everything I needed to know, including private lessons to be the best Sand Tracker. I looked back at Father as he sighed, "Are you sure about this, Chikao?" He asked and Chikao Sensei nodded as he smiled at me, "I think his Tracking skills will lead you to them in no time." He said and Father nodded, "Very well. You're on the team, Aziz."

"Chikao Sensei." I said, surprised and grinned at him. I turned back to Father, "If you don't mind, Father. I have people in mind to join the team." I said and he looked at me, "Who, Aziz?" he asked. I smiled, "A Genin named Akiko Saito." I said and Father leaned back in his seat, "The girl who befriended you on your first day at the academy?" he asked and I nodded, "Yes sir."

he nodded, "I'll consider her. Who is the other one?" he asked and I grinned, "You will see." I said and Father chuckled, "Just like Kakashi." he said and Mother giggled. His face began serious, "Just make sure your team has a variety of ninja." he said and I nodded, "Yes sir." I said. Father nodded, "You may go." he said and I left quickly.
