"Mom I really really gotta go!"

"Don't you rush with me Millie, until you finish all your breakfast you're not going anywhere. Besides, you have your motorcycle so eat up"

I grunted and slumped on my seat along with my family on the table. It's my last year in Titania Music and Dance Academy, after I graduate I plan to apply as a composer at an artist agency or even an artist or idol manager so I'm doing my best to stand out and be given top grades there. Although that's just an excuse to what I really want.

You see, there's this boy at my school who's popular with the girls and is a top student at the Dancing department, and yes I've liked him since we were freshmen. There's this one time when I auditioned to play a role at the theater group and wasn't allowed to because I don't seem to look like I could play the part. But a boy my age stood up and said that he'll be responsible if I mess up the part given to me and thus I was accepted to play the role. After the play was a success, my acting and singing talents were somehow put into the spotlight. Then I asked who he was he just said that his last name is Colley. And I end up knowing that it was Cameron Colley and liked him ever since.

"Finished. I gotta go, morning assembly's gonna start. Bye, Mom! Bye, Dad! And Miles I'll drop by at your school later wait for me!"

"Okay sis, take care!"

I slung my bag and snatched my keys from the table before dashing out and rode my motorcycle to school. It was only 5:30 am but our school's time schedule is different from the others so we have to be there before 6. It's such a headache.

Before I completely forget about it, my name's Millie, short for Million Frith Kersey. I am a perfectly normal 17-year-old girl at my school, except that my grades are actually better than most of the girls. My hair's originally brown but I dyed it in a soft maroon color, and also my eyes are black but I wore pale green contacts because my eyesight is bad. Other than that, I've got nothing to say about my boring self anymore.

I arrived at school 3 minutes before the assembly and ran with all my might to our gymnasium. Only to get my nose flat by bumping into someone's chest. I almost lost balance and fell on the ground but luckily the same guy held my arm.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't looking"

He apologized. I looked up his face and gasped thinking how some of his features resemble Cameron. Who is this guy?

"No no it's my fault too, I was running too fast"

"Where are you headed?"

"The gymnasium"

"Great, let's go there together. And after the assembly, allow me to treat a pretty girl like you"

"No thanks, I'll be busy after the assembly. Let's go"

"O-Okay. Damn I was never rejected before haha"

I heard him talk to himself as we ran to the gymnasium. Sooner or later we parted ways and I sat with my friends through the whole program. After the long speeches from each of our student council, we were given new keys and new locker numbers for the start of the year. They also announced the following programs for this year like the Freshmen Welcoming that'll be held next month or the Spring Fest and Rhythm&Melody Competition.

"Finally it ended. My butt's numb, I can't feel it. Help me guys"

Selena groaned and massaged her butt when we exited the gym. Selena Harrison is the best singer in our group, she can easily hit high notes and has good control of her voice. She's also the most humorous one.
