Monday
So I was sitting in the pack house. Don was in the kitchen and so much activity was going on! I had 4 pups fighting for my attention. My stomach rumbled.
"I'm hungry," I stood up and walked to the kitchen. The pups trailed behind me like ducks. I opened the kitchen door and there it was. A platter, covered with sushi, stacked up 3 layers in a pyramid fashion. I could hear the fish calling me.
I literally floated over and went to grab a piece when some slapped my hand away. "NO!" Don screamed. I looked up at him, "But. But. But," I repeatedly said But over and over.
"I'M NOT DONE!" He yelled and pushed me from the kitchen. I stood there and the door slammed in my face. "S-sushi," I whispered and started to cry.
"Aww sweety!" a woman hugged me. "What's wrong?" she asked, stroking my hair. "Sushi!!" I pawed the door and she laughed. "Mean Ol Don not letting you have any?" she asked. I nodded and she wiped my eyes.
"Come here," she lead me to the pack pantry. A box with MONDAY written on it sat on a shelf. She smiled and gestured me to open it.
Cautiously, I opened the box and was met with cans of tuna. I pulled one out and opened it, pouring the fish into my mouth. "FIIISSSHHH!" I am not fish crazy, just a cat.
"Monday!" Don yelled and I skipped to the kitchen. The platter was stacked with sushi and I drooled. "Here," he said and I started eating the delicious pieces. I moaned, it's like a mouthgasm!
I yawned sleepily and laid on my cat tree. I wasn't shifted cat so it looked totally awkward. Don poked me, "Shift you silly cat!" I shifted and laid on the soft cat tree.
*Couple hours later*
I woke up and stretched. Someone new was in the house. "Hello?" I said as I walked into the sitting room. Don was talking to some guy, he looked Hispanic. I sat next to Don and he smiled. "Monday, this is Tony. He's a horse!" Don said. "Um, a pony," Tony said quietly.
I stroked his face, "Your face is soft."
