"Come to do more of your master's bidding?" Satine asked the guard that had just come into her cell.
"Actually, I like to do my own bidding" the guard responded, taking off his helmet.
Satine recognized the voice, but... No! It can't be... She thought, yet when she turned around, she saw Obi Wan smiling.
"Obi!" She exclaimed, running over to him and embracing him. He wrapped his arm around her and smiled.
"C'mon, I'm getting you out of here" he said.

A few minutes later, instead of being on a ship back to Coruscant, they were in what used to be Satine's throne room.
Obi Wan was flanked by two guards, and Satine was kneeling next to the throne.
Darth Maul walked up, smiling sinisterly.
"Your noble flaw is a wrakness shared by you, and your duchess" he said as he lifted Satine up using a force choke.
Obi Wan instinctively tried to help his love, but was held back by the guards as he saw her struggle to breathe.
Obi Wan faced Maul again, and Maul, seeing he had his attention said "You should have chosen the dark side, master jedi" dragging Satine with him, still off the ground.
"Your emotions...betray you. Your fear, and yes...your anger! Let your anger deepen your hatred!" He said taunting Obi Wan.
" Don't...listen...to him...Obi! " Satine choked out. "Quiet!" Maul's brother, Savage, ordered.
Obi Wan looked up, ready to counter. "You can kill me, but you will never destroy me. It takes strength to resist the dark side, only the weak embrace it!" He said, trying to break free from the guards.
"It is more powerful than you know!" Maul said, his anger growing.
"And those who oppose it are more powerful than you'll ever be!" Obi Wan responded.
Darth Maul squinted his eyes and growled, his anger being replaced by fury.
"I know where you're from. I've been to your village! I know the decision to join the dark side wasn't yours. The night sisters did it for you..." Obi Wan said .
"SILENCE! You think you know me? It was I who languished for years thinking of nothing but YOU! Nothing but this MOMENT" Darth Maul said, losing control.
