The next day at school

Alexis' POV
I was getting stuff from my locker and then so done appeared next to me. "Hey Alexis." Broady said to me, "Hey, how'd you sleep?" I ask him "Fine, walk with me?" We start to walk to the hall with the stairs because Broady and I were heading to the library. We were at the top of the stairs when I feel someone push me, I try to balance myself but then I trip and roll down the stairs, I hit my head on the way down. I was laying on the ground and I see Broady rushing towards me " Oh my god, Lex are you ok?" I didn't reply and I hear him say "Bloody hell Ethan, why would you push her mate?" "She was in the way and plus, Alyssa told me what happened yesterday." He starts to walk down the stairs and he crouched next to me "If you ever talk to my girlfriend like that again, I'm gonna do a lot worse." He walked away and my vision started to fade away.

I start to open up my eyes and I see Grayson standing next to me while Broady was holding my hand. "Oh my god, she's awake." I heard Broady say. I start to inch myself up and then Grayson gives me a big hug. "Are you ok? Who did this to you?" Grayson started to ask, I replied "Guess who, Ethan." He starts to back away from my bed, I can see his face turning red and anger spreads across his face. "I'm gonna kill him." I hear him say sternly "No Gray, please don't I'm fine." "No Lex, you're not fine, Ethan pushed you down a flight of stairs." He started to walk out of the room but I grabbed his wrist "Please don't Grayson, I really am fine." I say as soft as I can so he will calm down a little, "Fine, only because I love you. But can I yell at him? Pleaseeee." I let out a little giggle "Sure Grayson, you can yell at him." His face lit up and he skipped out of my hospital room. I turn over to Broady who had a little sad look on his face, I cup his face and say "Thanks for being there for me." "No problem angel." I don't know what happened but out of nowhere, I kissed him. His soft plump lips hit mine and I felt butterflies go ecstatic inside my stomach. We kissed for a little longer and I finally pulled away. "What was that for?" He asked me with a smile on his face "Its for being my knight and shining armor." I smile at him and he smiles back, maybe I'm falling for him.
