4:IT'S NOT WHAT THEY THINK

I woke up to the sound of the door getting unlock. I quickly stood up. Then one of the female cleaners stepped in. I had to close my ears with my hand because she just shouted with all her force.

"Wait wait." She said it breathlessly pressing her hands against her knees.

"Ummm sorry for scaring you off."

"Oh my god, why are u shouting?" Alex yawned and rubbed his eyes.

I slightly kicked his leg.

"Owwww, why are you always hitting me." He wined like a child.

I ignored his question and continued to talk to her who is now raising one of her eyebrows and her hands on her hips. She was dark skin like me.

"Wacha doin here kids?" She asked us.

While i told her that yesterday we were stucked here. She raised her raised eyebrow more and with a grin on her face.

"Well i can see why you guys were here and stucked here....ehm .....ehm."

She was looking at the jacket. JACKET! Alex's jacket that i am wearing and now she is looking at Alex who still has these pink marks all over his face.

"Ohh..umm..hhh...believe me it is not what you think.......ME AND HIM...ohh...no."she could sense the nervousness in me.

Then suddenly a hand snaked through my waist and pulled me inward. With my head i touched Alex's chest he was tall. With the ither hand he patted my head.

"Ohh baby."

"Why are u so shy?" He winked at me.

"Knock it off!" I slapped his hand that was resting on my head.

"Owwww!"

"You guys are so cute.And get your butt out of here school start in no minutes." She waved and got out.

I turned around and looked at Alex.

"Thank you for your jacket ." I said shyly and played with my fingers.

"Nahhh you can keep it." He said it with red cheeks.
I gave him a tissue and told him that he has these pink marks over his face and he turned into a tomato .

"Why didn't you tell earlier?"he said and i shrugged.

Then he waved and walked away until he was out of sight.

I jogged back home im probably going to be late for school. When i reached home i quickly got showered and got dressed. Today for the first time i cared about my looks. Im wearing a navy blue long sleevless dress with a short black jacket. I put my hair into a curly messy bun and let some of my baby hairs out. Thank god i have an extra big round eyeglasses and i had to bring it with myself because yesterday from the incident with Alex it got broke. I quickly got into my car and zoomed out.

It is 8:20 and im late. Thank god because i was one of the smart students my teacher let me in. When i entered the only thing i saw was Alex. I couldn't focus well. My mind was just buzzing about yesterday. The bell rang.And now i have a free period. I have to meet becky im so excited to tell her everything as i couldn't talk to her while we had classes but now i do.

Becky was training for big game on thursday. I cut her off her work. I told her everything not even skipping the smallest datails.

Becky at first was excited then she was worried.

"But ruth he is a bad boy you can not trust him that easily. I don't want anymore to see you getting hurt." She hold my hands.

But he said i can trust him. No he won't let me down but what if.....

My mind keeps thinking about her. Today when she entered first class she was just WOW. Scarlet cut me out from my daydream when she snaked her arm around my neck. I quickly pull away.

"Are you into that slut?"she folded her arms.

If am this got nothing to do with her.

Wait am i?

Nooo it cann't be.

"No and have some respect not for us but for yourself" i said it aggressively.

"Ohhh that bad had turned into a good one!" She said stressing on the word good.

"Fuck off scarlet and don't ever get near me again." I shouted at her. God she is annoying.

In lunch i heard that Ruth had thrown her juice into scarlet face, and scarlet got suspended and Ruth got detention. What happened?

Then some stupid jocks hit me in lunch which i assume ther were in Scarlet's group. I quickly attacked them they were 3 against me. Well im not saying that im strong but i got the 3 of them down which later we got detention. I still don't know why they hit me. All they say was i was reason for scarlet's suspension. Well i didn't do anything she deserve it. God knows what stupid words came from her mouth to Ruth. Now im waiting out the director's office. One of the boys got out and said.

"I never thought you had it with that nerd."

He was playing with my nerves and i punched him again. And i got double detentions.

I was called a prostitute by Scarlet i couldn't controll myself and i did what im supposed to do.

School has ended and at detention i found Alex.

Then something flashed back to mind
About trusting him. I shouldn't trust him.

He was the only one with me yesterday beside the female cleaner.
I was so easy and stupid. It is not what they think we are. So he must've set this up.
