Clarke, sat well actually she was lying on her friend's sofa editing her next video that was or is supposed to be uploaded tomorrow.
She adores her job, most of the time she spend it by doing absolutely nothing, just sit back and relax. Plus her job itself was perfect, all she had to do was create content for her viewers and creating content with her friends was a bonus.
But reality was hitting her right across the face, she was staring to get busy, to get tired, to feel less and less than a complete human. She misses her family back home, the changes are huge and she was expecting it to be because moving ain't easy.
Leaving things, people behind was never easy. Though, moving was the best and kind of worse desicion she has made.
She met AMAZING friends, she found her real passion which was filming wild things and post it on YouTube, being honest Clarke never thought that would take her so far. Now she's at 10,072,280 subscribers. Yeah, unbelievable but it's true.
That was always the best part of moving to LA, the bad part was missing her old life.
"Hey, Clarke, do you want to come and grab some lunch?" Murphy shouted from the other room interrupting whatever deep thought she was in and brought her back.
Lately the blonde would do that, she would simply zoom out and stop herself from editing.
Echo, was completely passed out on the couch next to Clarke and Murphy shouting didn't wake her up then she wasn't going to be the one to disturb the poor girl's deep sleep.
Plus she was looking too cute asleep to be waken up.
Hearing no reply back, made John get up from his desk and walked into the room Clarke and Echo were. "Hello?" He said placing his hands on his hips ready to throw some insults for getting ignored at.
"Shh, she's sleeping." Clarke whispered nodding her head towards Echo's body figure.
"Oh I don't care." He shouted shaking the girl's leg. "Wake the fuck up, I'm HUNGRY."
"Goddamn it. Can a girl have a fucking nap without being interrupted?" Echo complained without even opening her eyes yet. "Are you paying?" She quietly asked
"Yeah."
The girl's eyes flew open and smile was quick to play on her lips. "I'm up."
"Of course." The blonde next to her laughed shaking her head.
"But like, can you get Uber eats?" Echo asked stretching out. "I'm too sad to go out."
"I don't wanna go out either." Clarke pointed out, she had lots of editing to do.
"Fine." Murphy gave in, he pat on Echo's leg and walked out of the room to get his phone.
"Are you alright?" She tried to hide the concern in her voice but failed at it, how can you not worry about your friend being sad? You can't hide it.
"I'm okay, Clarke." Her answer was too simple, way too simple for Clarke's liking.
"Echo." The blonde insisted.
