The blonde, placed the last bag in the back of her car's trunk. A sigh of relief left her lips closing the trunk and turned her attention towards Echo, who was standing next to the front seat door.
"Ready to go?" Clarke asked giving her a soft smile which Echo didn't returned.
"I don't wanna go." She dropped her shoulders as if she has giving up on life. "Like– Why do we need to go anyways?"
"We wasted money on clothes because our dumbasses didn't pack for this unexpected trip, we wasted money on hotel rooms and let's not mention the ton of donuts we got." Clarke walked up to her placing her hands on Echo's shoulders softly stroking them.
"I know." Echo gave in quicker than what Clarke expected, maybe she was home sick or maybe she was tired either way, that wasn't normal. "I love you."
Clarke smirked sweetly, her hand running down Echo's arm and nodded. "I love you more."
Ever since the whole group met each other, from all the promises they swore to keep– they only kept one and that was to always remind one another that they are loved. Personally Clarke loved that promise, she was the most to forget how loved she is by these amazing people and not just them but every viewer she has.
Yet– there are still times she feels out of place. After all, she was indeed the last one to enter to the group of friends, they never make her feel like she matter the less. It was only her mind playing games.
"Hey, guys are we leaving now?" Finn walked up to the girls catching their attention easily, not because they heard what he said it was because the boy was carrying a box of donuts.
Echo pushed Clarke aside, basically snatching the box of donuts from Finn's hands.
"Damn." The blonde softly chuckled and watched Echo walked away but as soon as she noticed her best friend making her way right to Camila, her eyes quickly landed on Lexa.
Finn was scanning Clarke's body language, he let out a chuckled which caught her attention.
"What?"
"Nothing, dude." He shrugged, looking back at Lexa hugging Echo. "But, I'll tell you this. You like her so much."
"I never denied that obvious fact." Clarke shrugged too, staring up at Finn. "I'm just- fuck, I don't know how to ask her on a date."
The taller male quietly laughed, covering up his mouth mocking Clarke. "Are you serious?"
The blonde pointed to her face. "This is my serious face, yes." She sighed. "I'm not the same Clarke, you met seven years ago."
"I know."
"Clarke." Lexa arrived at Clarke's car hoping to have at least a few minutes with the blonde before she leaves. Gladly Finn got the message rightaway and decided to go to another direction just to dissimulate.
"Hi." Clarke breathes out, smiling brightly.
"You got some–" She didn't finish her sentence instead, the girl licked her finger and cleaned Clarke's chin. "There you go."
"Did you just-" The other blushes, shaking her head so she could return back to reality and smiled.
"Yeah, I did." A proud smile appeared on Lexa's face. "Anyways, I know you have to go so let me say this fast–"
"Me too." Clarke cut her off her smiling really never going away, she stepped closer. "I also had fun this week."
"Yeah."
Silent fell on them for a long second, their eyes never left each other's though.
"See you soon?" Lexa nervously chuckled, not knowing how to properly say goodbye.
Clarke on the other hand, just wrapped her arms around the brunette pulling her in a hug. "See you soon."
At first Lexa was taken aback by the unexpected hug, yet she didn't wasted time on hugging back and cracking up a smile.
"We gotta go, Clarke." Echo softly said, standing behind Lexa and showing a sorry expression towards Clarke.
However the blonde nodded understanding, letting go of Lexa smirking sadly up at her. "Okay, that's my cue."
"Yeah, it is." Lexa nodded once, stepping aside so Echo could open the front door of the car. "So."
"I'll text you everyday."
"And I'll reply everyday." She chuckled, taking another step backwards.
Finn returned from whatever he walked to, getting in Lexa's personal space and wrapped his arms around Lexa's shoulder. The girl opened her eyes widened, unsure on how to act in this situation.
"Sorry for, you know invading you guys privacy but! I noticed that Lexa here was leaving without a kiss?" He frowned at Clarke who was throwing him ugly glares, which he obviously ignored. "Girlfriends don't do that."
None of them, not even Echo who was eavesdropping kind of, since she was sitting in the car with the window down; mind to correct Finn the fact they aren't dating.
Instead, Clarke rolled her eyes. "Get your hands off her or you won't live to tell the story."
"Jeez." He shook his head but removed his arm either way.
The brunette looked up at Finn before laughing softly, she then walked forward grabbing Clarke by her collar and pulled her towards her as their lips crashed together.
Echo's donut fell off her mouth at how shocked she was to be present in a kiss between Lexa and Clarke. Finn, stared an amused smile played on his lips.
Meanwhile, the girl's kiss was rather sweet and lovingly than other times they have shared a kiss.
Sadly, Lexa parted away with a satisfied smile on her face. She cleaned off some leftover lipstick there was on Clarke's lips.
Like everyone there the blonde was just as surprised as them. "See you soon." Lexa smiled waving at the guys as she walked away with Camila besides her.
With her mouth slightly open from her shocked state, turned to look at Echo who was already staring up at her.
"Damn, if I had a dick I would jerk off to that." Echo laughed, biting off her donut.
