Boarding school life

"Lili What Were you doing I've been waiting ages?" Louis asked as he saw Liam come out of his room so they could head for classes. Louis much to Liam's relief had slept through the night however Niall had struggled with the light situation and hadn't got as much sleep as he should have so Liam was hoping that the nightlight will turn up quickly.

"I was just talking to my mum lou." Liam said taking the boys hand.

"Have you made sure snowy and Wilbur are together."

"Yes, there both on my bed." Louis said with a smile.

"That's good and your going to try and make friends today right."

"I'm gonna try." Louis said and Liam smiled.

"Lili when I can talk to my mummy and daddy?" Louis questioned as they walked over to the primary school area.

"We can try ringing them tonight if you want." Liam said and Louis smiled brightly at that.

"Yeah please, I miss them loads."

"I know you do lou, but it will get easier when I first came here I missed my parents loads, I still do, but you get used to it." Liam said and Louis just nodded.

"Alright have a good day lou and I'll see you later." Liam said reaching louis' classroom and the boy nodded before heading indoors but unfortunately Liam saw him just sit down on his own.

"I'm worried about Louis." Liam said sitting down next to Harry and getting his maths stuff out his bag.

"Why?"

"I've just dropped him off and he's just gone and sat down on his own while all the other kids are talking to each other."

"Give him time Li, this is a massive thing for him to be doing, and kids are going to react differently."

"Yeah I guess." Liam mumbled.

"Something else is bothering you." Harry said and Liam sighed.

"Maybe."

"What is it?"

"Louis wants to talk to his parents."

"And that's a bad thing because?"

"What happens if they don't want to talk to him." Liam said looking up voicing his concerns.

"Then we deal with it as it happens but hopefully they will speak to him and we won't be in that situation." Harry said as their teacher walked in.

"I hope your right." Liam said before the pair finished their conversation and started taking notes from the board.

It was playtime currently and Louis although he had tried wasn't getting anywhere with trying to make a friend and that was upsetting the boy as he didn't want to upset Liam as even though the older boy wouldn't mind Louis didn't know that.

Louis looked up when he heard someone walking his way and smiled slightly when another boy sat down next to him. Louis recognised him from class but couldn't remember his name.

"Hi, do you wanna play?" The boy asked and Louis went to shake his head but then remembered what Liam had said so slowly nodded his head.

"Great, come on we can play on the climbing frame." The boy said running off and Louis guessed he wanted him to follow him so that's what he did.

"I'm sam by the way." The boy said climbing up the steps seeing Louis had caught up.

"I'm louis." The boy said and sam smiled at him.
