Instead of sitting on my bed once I got into my room, I basically jumped on it, putting a pillow to my face, tears pouring down. "Mother....." I whispered, I looked up at the shelf that held my most prized possessions, my dolls. "Delora.." I went out of bed and reached for the beautiful glassy doll. Smiling, I sat back down. "Delora I don't know why father want to remarry, how could he betray mother like that? Mother always loved us, but after she...was gone, father quickly remarried..." I spat out the words like they were poison. "Why?" I said, choking on my words again. "Why did he have to marry a commoner such as Ophelia..". After ranting out my feelings for a while, I decided closing my eyes would make me feel better, even though it was still early in the morning.

....

.....

......

"Twinkle, twinkle little star..."

"How I wonder what you are..."

"Up the world so high, like a diamond in the sky,"

"Twinkle, twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are..."

Is that singing? I open my eyes slowly, to find Delora looking at me, but I don't remember placing her on my chest...? "Rise and shine princess." She says, almost smirking. My doll can talk!? I jump back, almost hitting my head on the walls. Suddenly my precious doll is no longer just a doll, it's an actual human. Suddenly I gasp, "You're a witch!" I shout. "Clever girl, I knew you would figure it out." "W-What are you gonna do, witch?" I ask, trying to move but my fear is holding me in place. A bright light shines near my neck, I look down. Apparently, a necklace with a glass slipper on it is now on my neck, did the witch do this...? "Good night, Cinderella." She says, and I black out.
