I said awkwardly as I introduced myself to my other group mates.
"Now, now. Don't be awkward. You will be working together anyway. Now, Yerin, you're next." Manager-nim said
"Hi! My name's Jung Yerin. I hope we can get along well!" A girl with a doll-like face cheerily introduced herself.
"Choi Yu Na. Nice to meet you, Sojung unnie." A shy girl with long hair and bangs told me.
"Hwang Eun Bi. I'm a beagle alongside Yerin unnie here." A girl smiled brightly before being lightly smacked by Yerin.
Lastly, a girl who looked young introduced herself. "Kim Ye Won. Let's get along well unnies."
I smiled.
This was the start of fulfilling my dream.
As well as opening the door so that I can forget my old life.
I looked at the girls who were smiling brightly at me.
They depended on me.
I was their leader.
Their unnie.
And they are my new family.

"So, let me get this straight, you got accepted at Source Music, got in as a member of one of their upcoming group as the visual, leader, vocalist and rapper?" Jaz asked, dumbfounded.
I just nodded absently.
"Sojung. This is the start of your dream! Aren't you excited about it?!"
I shook my head. "I am excited about it, but I can't help but think...."
"About what?"
"Negative thoughts."
Jaz sighed. "Cut it out. Cut out all those negative thoughts."
"But, Jaz. Are you going to be okay?"
"Why wouldn't I be?"
"Well, we're going to debut a few years from now, are you going to be okay without me?"
"Yah. Don't think about me. Focus about how you're going to pull this off, and by the time that you'll sing that song that you always sing, I'll be in the back row cheering for you."
"Remember Sojung. This is the start of your dream. Wake up."
I smiled.
"No Jaz. You won't be sitting at the back row.....
"Because you'll be with me even if I get popular."
Jaz beamed at me, "We'll never be apart now Sojung?"
I shook my head.
"We will never be apart."
But little did I know what would happen next.
I should've never let go of her.
