your friends won't always be there forever
that's okay, people grow apart
you make promises of forever staying close
eventually those promises turn into dust
you make plans to move in with each other for college
then they back out
they make new friends
they leave you behind
that's what sucks the most about growing up
the people you thought would take a bullet for you are actually the ones pulling the trigger
