University was bustling as finals season came upon students. My eyes were becoming dry and relentless from all the reading and memorization of terms and formulas.
Was medical school really worth all this pain? Concentrate Mila.
As my head rested on my left hand as I scrolled through mock exams for Calculus on my laptop, a figure approached me from my peripheral.
"I swear to god Rye, I do not have time for bullshit right now," Not even looking at him, I could feel him taken aback.
"Was just wandering through the library and noticed you. Wanted to say how lateritious your lipstick is and how it compliments your skin tone,"
"Thank you?" I dragged out since my brain freezes with any time of physical compliment. "Anyway, I have a Calculus final tomorrow and need to learn all these formulas."
"Calculus? Oh I can help if needed. I took it over the summer and aced it," Okay...he is not as stupid as I assumed perhaps.
"Oh... can you explain these review problems please? Sorry I snapped earlier."
"Understandable. It is stress crack down time."
"I hope I am not taking you away from your studies."
"I finished my last final yesterday. Got nothing else to do besides wander and pester you." He winked at the end, of course.
