Seth's/Colby's POV
The sun began to peek in through the windows causing me to slowly open my eyes and let out a soft yawn. A smile immediately formed on my face as I looked down and found my beautiful girlfriend fast asleep with her head against my chest and in my arms. I kissed her forehead gently, keeping her close as I listened to her sleep." My beautiful angel, gosh I'm lucky." I said quietly as I took in her beauty making sure not to wake her knowing she rarely got a goodnight sleep as much as I hated to admit it, she still had nightmares once in awhile but they typically only occurred when I left her to go to the gym in the morning or had to leave for media. However, I had no plans to do either of those things this morning. Instead, I was going to enjoy this perfect moment with the perfect girl. I finally had the woman I loved and I couldn't feel happier than I felt at this moment. As I was about to reach for my phone to postmate us some breakfast, my sleeping beauty slowly began opening her eyes and let out the cutest yawn." Good morning beautiful." I said leaning down and kissing her lips softly." Good morning handsome." She said sweetly in her sleepy voice kissing back. "How'd you sleep my love?" I asked with a smile." You know I always sleep well when I'm in your arms babe." She said looking at me smiling back, as she began stretching, another yawn emitting from her lips." Gosh Brianna, wake up. Its already ten in the morning." I teased and she rolled her eyes punching me in the arm." No need for violence young lady." I said while rubbing my arm that she punched pretending it hurt." Awhhh did I hurt the man's arm." She mocked causing me to roll my eyes." Hush it before I bite you, then again you'd probably like that. So nevermind." I said with a smirk knowing she'd blush as always, and much to my amusement her cheeks turned light pink." Ooo does someone like being bitten? Because someone's cheeks turned pink." I said continuing to tease." Maybe, maybe not. That's on a need to know basis and you simply don't need to know." She countered trying to act confident. "Oh I can find out all on my own if I please babygirl, or you can save me the trouble and tell me." I said with a wink before beginning to kiss down her neck, nice and slowly." Not working, Colby Bear. My lips are sealed." She said biting her bottom lip slightly now." Now I'm starting to think someone wants me to bite her." I said before continuing to kiss on her neck feeling goosebumps beginning to form on her skin.

Brie's POV
Before I could answer Colby, my phone suddenly began to ring ruining the moment causing me to sigh softly." Go ahead and answer love, we can test my theory later." Colby said softly laughing as he got up." In the meantime, I'm going to shower. Feel free to join me if you'd like after your phone call." He said the last part jokingly with a smirk then headed into the bathroom and closed the door. I playfully rolled my eyes before answering my phone." Hello." I said while sitting up on the bed." Hello is this Mrs.Danielson?" Savannah, my lawyer said." Savannah we've been over this, it's Ms.Garcia-Colace, how may I help you?" I corrected with an annoyed sigh." This is to inform you that your husband or um ex husbands hearing is tomorrow to determine rather or not he'll be allowed out on a bail or kept till the trial. Seeing as we have photographs of the damage he caused to you, he more than likely won't be allowed bail. However, if you were to voice you'd feel unsafe with him out then that would help ensure he's kept in jail where he belongs." She said confidently causing me to fall completely silent for a few moments." Brianna, are you still there?" She asked in a concerned tone." Uh yeah, I'm still here. So all I'd have to say is I feel unsafe correct? I wouldn't have to explain why?" I asked taking a deep breath not wanting to relive all that happened." Not at the bail hearing no, the photographs and hospital reports along with your safety will be enough for now. However, understand Brianna during the actual trial if you don't speak on your experience Bryan will get a light sentence if he gets anything at all." The lawyer said softly knowing it would be difficult for me but I knew she was right." Alright, thanks Savannah. I'll be there tomorrow, just send me the details." I said then hung up and ran my hands through my hair taking a deep breath, my heart beating frantically at just the thought of being in the same room as him again. "All you gotta do is say you'd feel unsafe with him out", I said to myself but knew it was easier said than done considering he'd be there looking at me. As my thoughts were running through my mind, I suddenly began shaking unable to control myself as tears began to run down my face. Suddenly I felt a pair of wet arms wrap around me tightly and hold me close. I continued crying as once again I felt helpless and not control of my life, a feeling I was all to familiar with." What the hell happened Brianna?! What's wrong? I'm here, it's going to be okay." Colby said soothingly holding me as close as he could as I continued sobbing uncontrollably." No it's not, he's not even here and he's still winning." I managed to say in between my sobs." I'll be damned if I let that son of a bitch win, I'll keep you safe Brianna. Always. I'm here, you're safe." He said, just let me cry into his bare chest." I'm scared.." I finally admitted outloud as began to stop sobbing and looked up at my boyfriend, fear showing in my eyes." Listen to me Brianna, you have every right to be scared after what you went through. No one would be 100% after the physical and mental abuse you went through and you need to stop thinking less of yourself because you're frightened. But you cant let this fear control you, I'm not going to act like I know how you feel because quite frankly I don't Brianna. But what I can do is be here for you, I can promise to be by your side through all this, I can and I will keep you safe, he'll never lay another finger on you and if he dares to open his mouth and say anything to you I'll knock his teeth so far down his throat." He said then kissed my forehead softly, holding me tighter making me feel safer. He was right, I was safe with him. It was going to be hard, but I needed to do this."..His bail hearing is tomorrow, I need to be there." I said softly, my face still hidden in his chest." Then I'll be right there by your side." He said instantly, as I moved closer to him realization hit me that he was still pretty wet and only in a towel." Uh Colby." I said softly, blushing slightly." Oh yeah, I heard you crying and well um didn't have time to get dressed." He said innocently but didn't seem uncomfortable about it." I'll go get dried off and put clothes on." He added beginning to get up but I shook my head pulling him back down and snuggling back into him." To late now, I'm already wet. Might as well continue holding me." I said innocently causing him to chuckle and hold me again." As you wish my love, but if you wanted me like this you could've just asked." He said trying to lighten the mood." Hm, is that shower offer still up for grabs?" I asked catching him by surprise as his eyes slightly widen." Well yeah um of course babe, but if you want to shower alone that's fine you don't have t.." he began rambling on and I cut him off." Sounds like someone doesn't want to shower with me." I said innocently and before I could even blink, Colby had scooped me up in one arm, holding his towel with his free hand and began walking us to the bathroom." On the contrary my love, I'll even carry you there myself." He said with a smile carrying me into the bathroom then setting me on my feet has he walked over and began to warm up the water after closing the door behind us. As he began working on the water, I slowly took off my top letting it fall to the floor. I then paused I noticed my reflection in the mirror, my body still had scars and bruising from the years of abuse it endured. Before I could overthink however, Colby stood in front of me." You're beautiful Brianna. These marks are just a testament to how strong you are, nothing more. You're a beautiful and strong woman my love." He said with a warm smile, laying a few soft kisses gingerly where my body was bruised." You have a way with words you know, babe." I said as felt goosebumps forming on my skin as his lips touched my bare skin." I simply speak the truth baby." He responded giving me a soft kiss on my lips before checking the water." It's nice and hot." He said then looked at me with smirk." Just like you, how fitting." He added causing me to softly laugh." How sweet." I said with a soft smile then unbuttoned and unzipped my pants, letting them fall to the floor and stepped out of them now standing in front of him in only my white lace bra and panties, beginning to feel self conscious." Wow, I'm a lucky man." He said softly, looking at me with nothing but love." Can you um help me, I'm not sure I can do it on my own?" I said sheepishly while looking at him." Of course my love, just remember you're beautiful and I love you. You're safe with me." He said then walked over to me, kissing me deeply and loving. He slid his tongue in my mouth as he unclasped my bra, expertly removing it as he continued to make out with me. My mind purely was on the make out session but as I felt his hands on my panties, my mind began to freak out and he immediately stopped." You aren't ready love and that's okay." He said simply, wrapping his arms around my waist picking me up and setting me on the bathroom counter." But I can ease your mind other ways." He said then began kissing down my neck, finding my sweet spot and sucking on it causing a soft moan to escape my lips as his hands began to massage my breasts. My body began to relax enjoying the bliss he was providing causing a momentary distraction from the hell inside my mind. Once the door closed, I sighed softly running my hands through my hair. Why couldn't I do this, I wanted this. "Why do you still have a hold on me?" I mumbled to myself in annoyed tone, as I took off my panties then stepped into the hot shower Colby prepared. I hummed softly to myself to distract myself from looking at my body as I washed up, the hot water feeling amazing against my skin. Once washing up my body, I began working on washing my hair. Twenty minutes later, I stepped outside of the shower and much to my pleasure the mirror was foggy meaning meaning I couldn't see my reflection. I took a towel and dried off my hair, then wrapped it in the towel. Then grabbed another towel and began to dry my body off when I suddenly realized I hadn't grabbed clothes considering I was planning to shower naked with Colby. Just as I was about to peek through the door and ask Colby to grab me some, there was a knock on the bathroom door." I have your clothes beautiful, just crack open the door." He said as if reading my mind. I cracked the door open and grabbed the clothes." Thank you my love." I said with a gracious smile." Anything for you Brianna." He replied now dressed in basketball shorts and a black and brave shirt. I blew him a kiss then closed the door and put on the clothes he picked out which was a peach lace set of bra and panties and mid length floral dress. After getting dressed, I let my hair out of the towel and used the hotels hairdryer and began fully drying my hair." May I come in?" Colby asked from the door." Yes my love." I replied as set the hairdryer down and began brushing it out as he walked in." You look beautiful as always." He commented then kissed my cheek." Why thank you, I have to look good for my man." I teased." Oh trust me Brianna, you look beautiful in anything and everything." He said casually with a shrug. "Awh, well aren't you the sweetest." I said with a warm smile, turning around to face him and kissing him softly." Only towards you." He replied after kissing me back. "Now put on your shoes, I'm taking you somewhere special." He added kissing my forehead then walked out of the bathroom." Oooo, where are we going?" I asked excitedly as I followed behind him and slipped on my black sandals." Well it wouldn't be much of a surprise if I told you now would it?" He teased as he grabbed the keys and led the way out the door, with me right behind him. "I suppose you're right but still." I said innocently as we got in the car." But nothing babe, you're going to have to be patient and wait, and that's that." He said sternly but playfully." I hear you loud and clear, sir." I teased back then mockingly saluted him before buckling up. "That's more like it." He said with a smirk as he began driving, one hand on the wheel and one hand rested on my inner thigh as usual. We drove in a comfortable silence for about twenty minutes before arriving at a Japanese garden and my eyes lit up." That was the reaction I was going for." Colby said with a soft laugh as he parked the car then got out and opened my car door, giving me his hand which I graciously took." Well you know how much I love nature." I said kissing his cheek as we began to walk inside the garden. My eyes scanning the beautiful scenery taking in it all, enjoying the serenity that only nature brought me." Theres that beautiful smile I love." He said with a smile as he was staring at me with love as I watched koi fish swimming in the big pond. We spent around two hours looking at all the greenery and beauty the Japanese garden had to offer, my mood going from sadness to immense happiness during this time. Once we got back in the car, I leaned over and kissed his lips." Thank you for this, you always know how to cheer me up." I said sweetly." It's no problem at all my love, it's my job to keep you happy as not only your boyfriend but as your bestfriend as well." He replied after kissing me back then began driving us back to the hotel. Once arriving at the hotel, we ordered changed into pjs which for him consisted of boxers and a tank top, and for me it was panties and one of his shirts which fit me like a nightgown. We ordered Chinese food for dinner and after eating, I fell asleep in his arms peacefully but drained from today emotionally. However, things were looking up and that's what mattered.
