A New Beginning

After the jail visit, we headed to a nearby hotel to stay the night until our plane ride tomorrow. I had to admit, finally being able to speak my mind and get everything off my chest I'd been holding in for so long felt so freeing. I felt as if I had finally broken free of the mental prison Daniel had kept me in for so long. I could finally live in the moment with the man who truly loved me, who treated me like a queen. A smile appeared on my face as these happy thoughts filled my mind." There's that smile I love." Colby said glancing over at me as he parked the car after pulling into the hotel parking lot." It's all because of you. If it wasn't for you I'd still be living a lie. If it wasn't for you, I'd be the one prison mentally. I already am the happiest person in the world because I'm with you." I said with a warm smile as we got out of the car. Colby then grabbed our bags after we checked in. Once we entered our hotel room and Colby set down our bags, I decided to catch him by surprise and kiss him deeply, leaning into him so he'd fall back into the bed. He seemed shocked at first but then immediately began kissing me back deeply, our tongues interacting with one another.
