Y/N POV

I looked at my phone, it was 6:35 I should have been up 5 minutes ago. I hesitated but I eventually got up and started to get ready.i have forgotten that I wasn't at home so when my closet door wasn't where it normally was I got a little confused.

After I figured everything out and got my self together I was finished getting ready. It was 7:00. The driver would be picking us up at 7:20 so I had a little bit of time to practice my Korean. I was nervous I was fluent but I had never spoken to a native speaker other than the kids in my Korean club

I paced around the room reciting simple greetings and going through verbs until my mom called me from the living room telling me the driver was here.

We got into the car and we didn't even have to tell the man where to go he just started driving. I started to talk to the man just to warm up my Korean. I could tell that he was surprised at how well I spoke.

I told him about our trip and how i learned Korean out of curiosity. He told me about his kids and how he has been a driver from about 3 years ever since he oldest son moved out of the house. We talked for almost the whole car ride and then he stopped the car and told me we had arrived

"Wait is it this building" I said pointing to a building I never thought I would see in person. My mom nodded and we exited the car.

We were standing in front of the JYP building. I was shocked.

"Mom why didn't you tell me you were doing business at the JYP building!" I said shaking with excitement

"I didn't get a chance to and I didn't think you knew what this place was anyway."

"Mom this is the company that some of my favorite idols and kpop groups work for!"

"Well maybe if your lucky you'll see some."

We walked inside and it was nicer than I imagined. We walked up to the front desk and I talked to the secretary and she told us to sit and wait for Our meeting.

It wasn't long before the secretary told us we could go in. We followed her to a door that had a a sign on it that said 'meeting room' in Korean. I thanked the secretary and we entered the room.

The room was very well lit and was surprisingly small. I expected a big long table with 15 people all talking about business stuff but there was only three people sitting at a square shaped table.

*when Y/N talks from now on it's in Korean (unless she talking with her mom)*

"Hello, I'm y/n and this is my mom (moms name). It's a pleasure to meet you all" I said to the three men sitting in front of me.

*also in Korean*

" Hello, please have a seat." He gestured to the seats on the opposite side of the table from him.

Me and my mom sat down and we all talked for a little about how our trip was and what were our plans for the rest of the summer, but then one of the men said that I could excuse myself because they were going to talk business now.

I explained to him that I was my mom translator since she didn't know any Korean. But he said that they had a translator and I probably wouldn't know some of the worlds they were using anyway since it was business talk.

I reluctantly stepped out of the office and sat in a chair across the hall and waited for my mom to be done.

I was playing with my phone when I looked up and saw someone familiar. I panicked when I realized it was Mark Tuan. I had to think of something fast. I NEEEDED to talk to him.
