It took me a minute to take in what Harry just said.
"Hopefully they find whoever killed her"
Harry didn't say anything.
We pull into the Olive Garden parking lot.
This tall blonde lady seats us to a booth.
A waiter comes up saying "Hello how are you today? I am Patrick and I'll be your waiter tonight. Can I start you out with drinks?"
"I'll take a coke" I say.
"Coke" Harry says looking at the menu.
The waiter walks away.
Harry sits the menu down and I can feel him staring at me.
I look up and his smile grows.
"What?" I ask laughing and blushing.
He just smiles.
I look down still blushing.
I look back up immediately making eye contact with his big beautiful green eyes.
"Your beautiful" He says.
Ok he just made me blush even more.
I slide my bangs out of my face covering my smile with my hands.
He still hasn't taken his eyes off of me.
"I mean it" He says.
"Really?" I get out standing stupid.
"Yes Victoria" He says.
The waiter comes back with drinks breaking our eye contact.
"Here ya go. Did you guys pick what you want?" He asks.
"I'll take the chicken parm" Harry says.
"And you?" Harry asks me smiling.
"Um I'll take the chicken alfredo" I say.
The waiter walks off into the kitchen.
"So where do you plan on going?" He asks.
"My house" I say.
He looks down.
"What?" I ask.
"You do know your parents left right?" He asks.
"Wait they really did?"
"yeah" He says stil looking down.
"But they left the house abandoned since they own it" he adds.
"Is the furniture still there?" I ask.
"Yeah I think so" he continues looking up "But I dont know. That's all I remember before the institute"
The food comes and we eat.
Harry pays and we get into the car to leave.
"Can you take me to my house?" I ask.
"Of course Victoria"
Within an hour we pull into my driveway.
"Want to come in?" I ask him.
"Sure"
We get out of the car.
I go to the door noticing it's unlocked.
That's weird.
I walk inside turning a light on.
It looks the same.
