This should be an obvious step, but is kind of essential.

First off, write it in first person, third person is too complicated for teenage girls to read and relate to.

(If you don't know what I mean, third person is written like there's someone telling it, e.g. he did, she did. First person is written like the same person is telling you personally, e.g. I did.)

Second, never, ever edit it when you've finished writing a chapter. Just ignore its existence. Even when people complain over typos. Just ignore all comments you get, because you're too famous to speak to the little guy anyway.

Thirdly, forget everything about basic grammar  in English class. This is Wattpad, that knowledge won't do you any good anyway.

Also, have at least one character or more be regularly cussing, especially the male protagonist. Just make sure to stay politically correct, we just want people to XD, not to stir up controversy. To be succesful, we don't accidentally make someone butthurt.
