Chapter 11

I woke the next morning to the sound of a fire alarm.I jumped out of bed quickly and ran to Loki's chambers."Loki!?"I yelled trying to find him.I hear a groggy voice from his bed"Yes,darling?"He sounded like he was still asleep."Loki!We have to leave,the tower is on fire!"He started laughing.I furrowed my brows at his reaction."This is no laughing matter Loki!"He laughs again."Darling,I assure you it is most likely that someone burnt something.You can go check if you like,or....you could lay here with me."He said the last part with a smirk.

I walk over to Loki and hug him."Fine,ill go check on whatever is causing the alarm to go off."Loki's smirk dropped."I'll lay with you later."I kiss him on the cheek and leave.

I'm walking down the hall when I hear yelling."That was your fault!" "It was not!" "Guys,now we have to make more food for breakfast since Thor burnt it all!"

"H-hey guys.Whats going on?"I ask.Everyone calms down except Tony and turn to me."Well,I was cooking breakfast when Thor hit the oven and messed everything up.Now everything is burnt."Nat told me."Oh."

"What did you expect it to be?"She asked.
"Oh,uh nothing."I say rubbing the back of my neck."Oh,it was something alright."I hear from behind me.I stare at Loki."She ran into my chambers this morning telling me to leave thinking there was a fire."Loki said smirking at me.

Everyone started laughing."You thought there was a fire!?"Tony asked laughing.I glared at him."Yes."I state with no emotion whatsoever."Once you stay here for about a week,you'll get used to hearing the alarm."Clint told me."Alright then.Ill be back in my chambers if anyone needs me."

While walking back to my chambers someone grabs my waist and puts a hand over my mouth.It sent me into a flashback when I was on Asgard.

"Loki!" I yell."Catch me if you can y/n!"I look up to see a waterfall with beautiful blue water.Loki was no where to be seen."Loki?"I ask.No reply."Loki!?"No reply.Then suddenly I'm grabbed by the waist and a hand is put over my mouth."Mmmhh l-mm me go!"I scream but no one can hear.Then I'm being dragged away from the waterfall.Where is Loki?Then the hands slip off my body and I run as fast as I can away from the person.I come back to the waterfall and Loki still is not there."Loki?"I ask again,then finally a response."I'm here.Im sorry that person grabbed you."He said walking over to me.I put two and two together and realized Loki knocked my thief out.I ran straight to him and wrapped my arms around him.He grunted as I basically tackled him."Thank you so much Loki."I say not letting go.He chuckled and replied"Your welcome."

"Y/n?" "Y/n!" I hear someone yelling and a hand waving in front of me."Loki?"I ask hearing his voice."Darling?Are you okay?"I nodded and turned around and hugged him.He furrowed his brows.

"Darling,what happened?"He asked.We started walking towards my chambers."When you grabbed my waist and put a hand over my mouth,I remembered when we were little and you rescued me by the waterfall."I felt him hold me tighter."I am sorry darling."I shook my head."No,it is quite alright.I am just glad it was you."

We get to my chambers and I walk to my balcony."Loki?" "Hmm?" "I'm glad I have you."He smiled at me and replied."I'm glad I have you too darling."How about we spend the rest of the afternoon together?"he asks me."I would love to."
