Chapter 12

Loki and i had spent all afternoon together after my 'incident'.We stayed in my chambers reading.I myself am still trying to research who my parents are.If i am Jotun,then why did my mother never tell me?Maybe i was used like Loki?Who knows.I had looked through two books of Asgard and the Nine realms,three on Jotunhiem,and one on magic.What Loki dosen't know is that i'm planning on learning magic so i can steal some books from Odin's personal library.I know i shouldn't steal but its the only way to get the information i need.

"Hey,Loki?"I asked looking over to him.He had a half concentrated and half disappointed look on his face."Loki?"I ask again.I walk over to him and shake him."Loki!"He finally snapped out of it."Darling,don't you dare try and learn any magic and try to steal from Odin's library.If you got caught you would be sent to death."Dang,he read my thoughts."Bu-""No buts!"He told me raising his voice slightly."Okay...""Good."

"Darling,you do know i'm doing this for your protection right?"I smiled and nodded."Yes."He smiled back at me and kissed me on the head before leaving.I turned around after he closed the door and headed towards the bathroom.I tried to figure that shower thing out but i couldn't so i ended up just taking a bath.After my bath i changed into my silk nightgown.

i was going to sneak to the library while loki was asleep."Finally,ill get some more book tonight,"I said quietly to myself.I went to the door and turned the knob but it wouldn't budge."Dammit Loki!"I yelled in a hushed voice.I went to our connecting door and opened it.I walked over to Loki's door hoping he was asleep.I tried to open it but it was locked to.

"Ugh...".I began walking back to my chambers,but then decided to go to Loki's bed.I was tired and didn't feel like walking back to my own bed.As soon as i laid down i felt an arm wrap around my waist."See,I knew what you were going to do darling.You can't trick the god of mischief."Loki said in my ear.I felt his lips curl into a smirk.I lightly elbowed him in the stomach.

I woke up still against Loki's chest.I tried to slide out of his grip,but it just tightened.Hmm.....Maybe i can trick him.Ah,I know! I'll get on his playful side and get his defense down.I turned around,still in his arms and wrapped my arms around his neck.I saw a small smile play at his lips.I rolled over on top of him and pushed him down.I bent down and kissed him passionately.He began kissing back,but harder.He wrapped his arms around my waist."Morning darling."Loki said breaking the kiss."Morning."I said smiling.

I began tracing patterns on his bare chest.I slowly moved my hands down his body.He quirked an eyebrow at me.I stopped when i was on his hips.Suddenly he grabs me a flips us over.He's now on top and i'm on the bottom.I smile,thinking ive tricked him."Darling,I know your plans...As iv'e said before,you can't trick the God of Mischief".He said smirking.

"Damn Loki...".I said looking away from him."You must know that I want to protect you darling..also we will look for you real parents later.""Okay,Loki."He smiled and kissed me."I love you so much Loki.""As do I.""Now can we go get some breakfast?I am famished.""Let's go."He said grabbing my hand.We intertwined our fingers and left his chambers.
