*Michael*

"You are such a dork," Tessa giggled as she reached over the table and wiped the ketchup from the corner of my mouth.

"Coming from you," I teased. She rolled her eyes playfully as she took another bite of her hamburger.

"Tonight was amazing. Thank you so much, Michael," She smiled as she finished the last few fries on her plate.

"Anything for you, my beautiful wife." Pride toke over me as the words fell off my tongue. We'd been married for only 4 years, but calling her my wife still surprised me.

"We should get back, Stella will be waiting," She sighed as she ran her hand through her beautiful blonde hair. I nodded and grabbed my jacket. I paid at the register before taking my wife's hand and leading her into the night.

"Can I drive?" She asked. I nodded and threw her the keys. She smiled as she unlocked the car. That smile. That smile has always been my favorite. The car ride home takes longer than we both expected. As we neared home, she started yawning more and more. I wanted to tell her to pull over so we could switch but I didn't want to anger her.

"Tessa watch out!" I yelled as the car came speeding towards us. The car slammed into us causing both of our buddies to jerk. The guy driving the other vehicle scrammed out and walked over to Tessa's side.

"I'm sorry sorry. You guys came out of no where. Is she ok?" The guy looked at Tessa frantically. I looked over at my wife.

"Tessa?" I shook her once. "Theresa!" I began yelling her name over and over again. The guy pulled out his phone and started dialing 911.

By the time the paramedics came, Tessa had woken up. She was cut up pretty badly and was rushed to the hospital. I had called Calum and he had offered to drive me to the hospital. On the way there, I had texted our babysitter and told her what happened and asked if she could watch Stella a little longer.

At the hospital, Calum and I are forced to wait. After what feels like hours, a doctor finally comes down to get us.

"Family of Theresa Clifford?" He called. I stood up.

"I'm her husband. This is my friend, we're very close," My mind was scattered.

"I'm sorry to tell you, but Theresa has passed away do to internal bleeding from the accident. I'm sorry for your lose." I fell to my knees as I cried. She was too young. Only 22, she had a whole life ahead of her. We had a whole life ahead of us. What was I going to do? I couldn't raise a 4 year old on my own.

I woke up being practically choked by my tears. It's only been 4 days. 4 days since I lost my Tessa.
