chapter 15

Zack's POV

right now we are all siting in a circle getting ready to play truth or dare. Lately I have been feeling differently around Tomika and I don't know why, and also I have this weird feeling when ever she is with Josh. Oh my god, I have feelings for Tomika. I have no idea if she feels the same way though. My thoughts were interrupted by Tomika shouting my name

Tomika: ZACK

Zack: what

Tomika: we're about to start playing

Zack: ok

Freddy: who starts

Tomika: I will, Zack truth or dare

Zack: truth

Tomika: out of me and Summer, who would you date

oh no what should I do, should I tell the truth

Tomika: Zack are you going to answer

Zack: I would date you

I could then see Tomika blush and the others started laughing as they see her blush

Josh: ok Mika you never blush, you must really like Zack

Tomika then gets up and runs out the room, so I go and find her. I find her crying by her locker

Zack: hey are you ok Tomika

Tomika: yeah I'm fine Zack

Zack: then why are you crying

Tomika then wipes her tears but more tears fall so I go up to her and pull her on to my lap and she buries her head in my chest and she bursts out crying into my chest so I start rubbing her back and I feel her calm down but also fall asleep, so I pick her up bridal style and carry her back to the where the others are and placed her back onto my lap and she snuggled back into my chest

Summer (whispers): that's cute

Zack (whispers): shut up

Tomika then starts tossing and turning on my lap so I kiss the top of her head and she stops and snuggles more into my chest

Zack (whispers): I'll be back

and with that I leave to put Tomika in her dorm room but when I enter her dorm room I put her on her bad and place her covers over her and I notice a book, when I pick it up I see that it is her diary. I know I shouldn't read this but I'm curious now. When I read it I find that she write about me a lot. One of the entries say:

Dear diary,

Today I had an amazing time with Zack, he always makes me laugh no matter what mood I'm in. He's honestly the best person I have met in a long time, it's probably why I like him so much. But there's no way he'll like me back though cause he's told me that i'm his best friend

I know what I have to do now that I know she likes me, I'm going to ask her out

Summer's POV

I wonder where Zack is, he's been gone a while. I wonder if he likes Tomika, I should ask him when he gets back. Speaking of Zack he has just walked through the door

Zack: hey guys

Summer: where were you

Zack: just making sure Tomika is ok

Lawrence: do you like her Zack

Zack: maybe

Freddy: then why don't you ask her out

Zack: it's not that easy

Josh: Zack I can tell she likes you a lot even before she blushed ok

Zack: what are you saying josh

Josh: I'm saying she likes you more than a friend too, so just ask her out

Zack: ok I will when she wakes up

Summer: you better not break my best friends heart Zack

Zack: I won't summer I promise

Lawrence: you must be serious then

Zack: I am

I really hope Tomika says yes to Zack when he asks her out they would be an adorable couple
