To Dan Howell, it seemed like nobody in the world knew he existed. Like he was just forgotten, an outcast, a mistake, like a piece of paper meant to be thrown away. Nobody ever said a word to him, batted an eye at him, or even breathed in his direction. The only person that made him feel like he mattered, like he existed, was his mum.
