Ten Count - Alternative Ending

I woke up the next morning with an aching back, but when I tried to get up and stretch, I realized there were arms around my waist.
What the hell? I slowly opened my eyes, only to be met with a chest. Kuroses chest. Huh? How did we end like that?
But that isn't the strangest thing, I also want to stay like that somehow.
I didn't know why but I kinda like Kuroses arms around my body.
I shifted a bit to be in a more comfortable position and tried not to wake Kurose but I accidentally moved against his private parts.
Kurose seemed to feel that because he moved a little and slowly opened his eyes.
"Oh.. looks like we fell asleep like that. Anyways, good morning Shirotani" he said with a husky morning voice and I blushed at how close our faces are.
"G-good m-morning" And there goes my stutter again. "Come on let's get up and eat breakfast." Kurose didn't even seem to mind the position we're in and just acted like it was nothing special.
Which it clearly is! Oh shut up brain!
"Uhm hey... would you mind to get up?" Kurose suddenly asked "I mean, I don't mind staying like this but I really have to pee right now." It took me some time to realize what he just said and then I blushed like crazy. I got up really fast, almost falling off the couch, and apologized like a hundred times. "I-I-I'm so s-sorry. I'm sorry. I'm-" "Hey it's okay. No need to apologize, you did nothing wrong."
He went off into the bathroom leaving me awkwardly on the couch.
I decided to go into the kichen and try to make some kind of breakfast.
I opened the fridge and found some eggs wich I could throw into a pan with some vegetables.
As I cut the pepper I noticed Kurose coming into the kitchen with only a loose towel around his waist!
"The shower is free now if you want to use it"
I was a little distracted by my naked boyfriend but I managed to get out a silent
"I'm g-good" I said staring at his lower waist a little too long.
"Don't be so shy" Kurose winked at me and I quickly looked to the floor.
"Sadly we don't have much more time because I gotta go but If you want to keep staring we can do that tonight"
He licked his lip and gave me a kiss on the lips.
I was a little shocked but I still enjoyed it... I was surprised by myself.
As Kurose was leaving the room I started putting the dishes away and went to get some clothes too.
