Ryan. Ryan Shaw. The Schools biggest hottie. The most popular boy in our school.  My all-time crush. But me being the biggest nerd I am, I will NEVER get a date with him right?

Lets skip forward 5 months...

"Emily will you go to the Summer Dance with me?"

Present Time

"Mia, we have 5 months till the Summer Dance, I need to make a move with Ryan.

"I have an idea, I will text him"

Mia Shaw, my best friend since we were 3, she is also Ryan's sister and she is helping me get a date with him. Its not going to work but hey we tried right?

"OOOOH, what are you going to say ?"

Flashback- 7 years old

"Ryan?, do you love me?"

"I don't know Em, your more like sister to me"

I was so sad that day... Finding out your crush since you were three thinks you are his sister... it hurts.

Present Time

I told him this:

"Hey Bro! I needed to ask you something serious about the Summer Dance?  Do You Have A date? I have my eye on someone for you.

He replied with:

Really Mi? And yes I know who you are talking about and maybe ask her. She's cute.

"OMG, Reallllyyyyyy!!!!!" I screamed at the top of lungs.

When I got home all I could think of was Mr. Ryan Shaw. Even in the morning doing my makeup. getting dressed and meeting Mia, all I could think of was him. I've seen him shirtless, he has abs, OMG!!!!!

Walking through the halls of school I was nervous and excited until I saw it.... Ryan Shaw kissing Briana Evans? So when he was texting Mia, he was talking about her.  She is more nerdy than me and I used to live in the library. At this moment I didn't even notice Mia coming up to me. She saw I was upset and took me to the bathroom.

Mia is one of the most popular girls in the school because she is really pretty, and we had 20 minutes until school started so she did my make up. She changed my outfit and did my hair. We were late for our first class by 10 minutes because it was worth it. When we walked into class all eyes was on me, I had no more glasses, no more ponytails and no nerdy clothes. Instead I had my hair down and straight, a  skirt which was a bit too short and the prettiest make up ever.

At our 30 minute break, the most popular people in our school came up to me, the name a few, Ryan Shaw, Rebeca Evans and Lydia Reid. Mia was already apart of their group and was there too but they asked me to join them, Just my dream of 6 years had happened.

Mia took me aside and told me to act like her but not to copy or screw up otherwise things will go really bad. They all invited me around to Mia and Ryan's house for a party and obviously I said yes!
