GHOULIE

Genevieve had been sat outside Reggie's house for what had been more than half an hour. She sighed as she stood up from the porch, knocking on his door for the last time. The door had swung open revealing a very sweaty shirtless Reggie Mantle. She scoffed making room for her to come through. "Let yourself in it's all good." Reggie scoffed back at her.
"I think I have right after waiting for half an hour in the cold, thank you very much." She plopped herself down on his sofa before her bag landed on the floor. She took out her book, her rose gold mac book, and her iPad. Evie set her phone on the coffee table.
"I've got to go take a shower. I'll be right back." Reggie's voice trailed off, confused at her high priced possessions. She just hummed as her acrylic nails, tapped away on her iPad. She got a few web pages up before she went into her books.
Soon an older woman came inside. "Reggie, come and help me with the shopping!" She shouted before she caught sight of the black haired girl on her sofa.
"Mrs Mantle. Hi, I'm Genevieve." She shook the woman's hand with a smile. "I'm Reggie's Health and Social project partner." Mrs Mantle smiled at the girl. "Here let me help." She went out to the car taking a few shopping bags. When she came back inside she saw Reggie and his mother talking.
"Reginald, why don't you date her? She is so pretty and nice. Not like those other girls you bring home."
"Reasons." She took it upon herself to make herself known. Evie placed the bags on the kitchen island.
"There are about four more bags. I'll go get them."
"There is no reason for you to get them all by yourself." His mother smacks Reggie by the back of his head. "Reginald, go help her." He trudged away to the car where was Evie leaning against it.
"I see I'm going to have to reschedule Reginald." Reggie stopped trying to lift the bags.
"You do not call me that." He pointed his finger at her.
"Sorry, Reginald. I'll make sure it won't happen again." She smiled teasingly as she walked back inside bagless. Reggie smiled to himself realising he left him with all the heavy bags.
Reggie found himself in a kitchen where he found Genevieve and his mother laughing about something. "What's so funny?"
"Your mother is the best." She slowly stopped her laugh. "But I believe that I need to go home about now." She began to pick her books, iPad and everything.
"Well, if you must go, Eves, Reggie can drive you home."
"I'm fine I don't live far." She sweetly declined, hoisting her bag even further up her shoulder. "Thanks, Mrs Mantle." She waved before she left the house to see Reggie being pushed out and the door closing and locking after him. The only thing in his hands was his phone and car keys.
