Finally, after two long weeks, Akeno and I returned back to Greamory Manor. Together we stepped through the magic circle and appeared in the main court. Akeno hugged her father goodbye and I looked at them remembering when I once had love in my heart for my father. Akeno and I strolled up to the manor where the others were having tea. "Well Akeno we made it back" I said as I raised my fist to her "Indeed we did!" she said as we fist bumped.

"You two seem very friendly." Rias said. "Well when you survive two weeks with someone you tend to become close. Your Queen is remarkable Rias, I could breathe a little easier with her watching my back. "I would expect nothing less from my best friend" Rias replied as she smiled at Akeno "Indeed she is, which reminds me, hey, Issei." I said "What's up man?" " You a VERY lucky man to have a woman like Akeno Himejima as part of your harem. A woman of her caliber is very rare and you'd better treat her well you. Hear me?" Everyone was silent and Akeno had a deep crimson blush on her face. "Thanks man and don't worry I will treat her well, I promise. Also, I know you and I have different views on Raynare but you loved her and a guy like you deserves to fall in love again. I know there is a girl out there for you man." I smile faintly "I hope your right Issei, I really hope your right."

3rd person

Akeno put on a sexy night gown. She hadn't snuggled with Issei in six weeks and she was dying for the feeling of his body pressed against hers. If they were lucky enough, they might just have the chance at romance before the other girls arrived home. There was a pep in her step as she walked to Issei's room when she saw his door was ajar. She peeped her head in and saw a sight she had seen many times before but this time she saw it differently. Issei was laying in the center of his bed with Asia, Xenovia, Koneko and Rossweisse and each was wearing sexy lingerie and trying to get his attention but they weren't getting anywhere, why? Because Rias, in her crimson bra and panties was making out with him. They stop for moment and Akeno saw something she never fully understood until now. The look in Issei eyes he was looking at Rias like she was the only girl in the room. In his eyes you could see that Rias was his entire world. Never in their entire time alone together had he looked at Akeno with that much passion and love in his eyes.

When he finally kissed the other girls, the affection, passion and love was left with Rias. The girls were happy to have his attention and didn't even notice.

Akeno began to notice that the girls were stating to shove each other just to get close to the man they loved. Asia tried wrapping her arms around his neck to get a kiss but Issei just gently pushed her away and went back to Rias . . . he unclipped her bra.

Akeno pulled her head out the door way and backed up till her back hit a wall and she slumped down. Zachary's warning had tuned into a mallet, coming down hard and shattering her heart. She knew now that no matter how hard she fought for Issei's attention, in his eyes, she would never compare to Rias. When she said she was fine with being his third back at the shrine she though his harem was just going to be Rias, Asia and herself. She had no problem competing with two girls but five, she wasn't so sure anymore. Akeno acted sexy and confident on the surface but deep down she wanted to be loved, cared for and protected. With her mother's murder, and her father not being there to protect her, made these things all that much more important. Even though she had forgiven and made up with her father the scars still remained. With Rias coming first, Akeno and the other girls would have to fight for what was left of his love. Akeno got up and walked back to her room unsure if she still wanted to be with Issei anymore. That night she had her usual dream of making love to Issei but that night Issei was replaced with Zachary and Akeno didn't mind so much.

Everyone had gathered in the main courtyard so we could head back to the human world. I noticed Akeno was looking melancholy. I was about to ask her if she was ok but an ice explosion in the distance stopped me. A servant ran up to Zeticus, Rias's father and informed him that a legion of frost giants, servants of Loki were attacking the city. "Well shit this isn't gonna be good." Issei grumbled. "On the contrary Issei." I said as I started to psych myself up "This is where the fun begins" I said as a cocky grin spread over my face.
