OK before we begin the day I am publishing this chapter is 7/21 this date is very special to me because it is Akeno's and my real life mother's birthday. My waifu and mom share the same birthday. Anyway i hope you all enjoy. And yes 7/21 is Akeno birthday I read her wiki page.
"Happy birthday to you. Happy birth to you. Happy birthday dear Akeno. Happy birthday to you the whole group sang as Akeno blew out her 17 candles on her breakfast pie of which we divide up. I came up behind Akeno and wrapped may arms around her waist and pulled her in close. "Happy birthday sweetheart" I whispered in her ear as I kissed her cheek "Thank you baby now come hear you." Akeno turned around wrapped her arms around my neck and started making with me in front of everyone even my mom. I was about to say something but when she stuck her tongue in me a didn't care. We separated and looked into each other's eyes. "I can't wait to spend the whole day with you sweetie."
Akeno blushed and looked down "Actually I going to spend the day with father he asked if we could spend time together today I just couldn't say no to him." Well father beats boyfriend you have your self a kick ass day with your dad." "Hey" Everyone tuned to look into the 4th wall. "Kick ass day is my line" "Sorry zman627... Hey wait I'm supposes to be your avatar in this story, right?" I said "Yeah so?" "Please forgive my boyfriend." Akeno said while she batted her eyes in a very cute/ kawaii way. "Oh anything for you my precious waifu. Happy birthday my goddess I love you!" "Thank you zman627" Akeno said as she blew a kiss into the 4th wall. Which landed on zman627's check causing him to have a rocket nosebleed and passed out.
A few hours later after zman627 recovered and continued typing this story.
The sun began to set as I waited I waited for Akeno and Baraqiel to return. Finally, the front door opened the door and the first thing I hear was laughter the two came in laughing so hard that Baraqiel was holding his side. Akeno was holing cotton candy in one hand and a toy Yorke in the other and a butterfly painted on her left check. They kept talking for moments till Akeno noticed me and came over to me. "Hello baby I have the most wonderful time." She said as she twirled. "Well I hope you're ready for your final present." I said as I waved my hand and a magic circle appeared on the wall "You guys ready?" "Well shall we daddy?" Akeno asked as she offered her father her hand "Lets be off then my dear."
The three of us stepped through the portal and appeared in the middle of a field and a few feet in front of us was a small one room shrine just sitting there. I started walking towards it and they fallowed when I reached the double doors I opened them up stood and stepped out of the way. "I hope you guys like it."
Akeno and her father entered and I a fallowed. The inside was made of polished wood with lanterns hanging on the ceiling. There were a few stands with incense burning on them. At the other end of shrine was an alter with a closed picture box. Akeno and Baraqiel walked over to the alter and opened its doors. Akeno let out a loud gasp and dropped what she was holding and Barqiel's mouth hung open at the picture in the box.

And Just a little bit beneath the photo was a text that read.

Akeno fell to her knees as tears started to stream down her face. Baraqiel was struggling to keep his composers. Then he noticed the letter on the alter. He opened it and read it out loud
"To Akeno Himejima and Sir Baraqiel I am pleased to inform you that Shuri's Himejima disownment has been expunged and her name has been re-added to the records of the Himejima clan. We were wrong to disown her in the first place. As an apology please accept this shrine we have made in her honor. We would also like to include that Akeno Himejima disownment has been expunged as well. She is welcomed back in the Himejima village anytime.
Sincerely Suou Himejima head of the Himejima clan."
Akeno and Baraqiel looked at me and said simultaneously "How did you do this?" I cleared my throat. A few weeks ago, Rias had reserved a request from the Himejima clan to help deal with a powerful stray devil that was tormenting their village. Rias wasn't going to help them but I saw an opportunity. I agreed to help them on two conditions. One they expunge Shuri's and Akeno's disownment and two they build Shuri a shrine. Oh, and FYI this shrine is built right were the house the three of you used to live in was." Akeno jumped to her feet and ran over to hug me but Baraqiel beat her to it.
"Thank you, Zachary thank you so much you don't know how much this means so much to us thank you!" Baraqiel sobbed. "Your crushing me Baraqiel please let go" I squeaked. Baraqiel let me go and Akeno grabbed me in a death hug. "Thank you!" She sobbed she just repeated thank you over and over again. "Pleas this was nothing. I will do anything for the woman I love." Akeno stopped crying and looked into my eyes "You love me?" I smiled "I realized I loved you when I decided I would die before I let Kuroka have her way with me."
A huge smile spread over Akeno's face "I love you too Zachary I love you with all my heart!" "Akeno you better not let this boy get away he's a keeper" Baraqiel said as he wiped the tears from his eyes.
time skip
I stepped out of the shower I dried my self and put on my pajamas and went to get in bed and nearly fainted at the sight before me.

"Come to bed baby my eyes are getting heavy." I got into bed and Akeno snugged up next to me wrapping her arms around me and resting her head on my chest. "Thank you for the best birthday ever. I love you Zachary." "I love you to Akeno with every fiber of my being and happy 17th bithday." Today was a day of firsts it was the first time we told each other "I love you" and it was the first time Akeno and I fell asleep in the same bed.
This Monday is Zachary's birthday chapter don't miss it.
