I paced back and forth in the living room Raynare was not home yet and I was worried as well as sad. Why did I slap Raynare... ok I know why but was it necessary? The image of her face as I pulled off her engagement ring and the look on her face as she ran away crying flashed in my mind like a stun flashlight. I clutched my heart as I fell to my knees as it felt like a stake was driven into my heart. I am at peace with my choice of picking Akeno but it doesn't make the pain of breaking the heart of my first love any easier to bare. I thought back to my first date with Ray in the massive garden in my old home we danced for hours and then made love under a pine tree. I loved her so much I start to tear up when a hear the door open Raynare walks in it was obvious she had been crying.
Ray got on her knees and put her head to the floor. "I'm sorry for my behavior please don't hate me. I know I have lost you as a lover but I don't want to lose you as a friend." I run over to her and pull her into hug. "I could never hate you Ray I'm so glad your home I'm sorry I hit you I should have been more composed." I say as I hold back tears while a stroke her soft raven hair. "I deserved that hit. I swear I will change I'll apologies to Asia and stop being a bitch." I stop the hug and hold her face in my hands. "You are not a bitch." A moment pasted with us just looking into each other's eyes Ray look so sad and sorry for what she had done. And for the next for moments I lost control. I brought her lips to mine and we stated making out I pushed her down as her nails started to dig into my back as hand went down and creased her thick thigh. It all came flooding back the day we first meet and how cute she looked and our first kiss fallowed immediately by us giving our virginity to each other to me asking her to marry me. A voice within me screamed "I love her I love Raynare I never stopped loving her!" And the voice spoke the truth.
Then for a split second an image of Akeno leaning in for our first kiss flashed in my mind and I immediately rolled off Ray and scooted backward till I hit the couch. I started to paint as guilt drilled into me. Ray sat up and look up at me "You still choose her?" she asked I nod "I will not betray her love I'm sorry Ray I will always be hear for you but I will never be you husband." Ray's faces sadden "I understand this never happened." "Thank you." I say as I stand up and head upstairs. "Their leftover spaghetti in the fridge." I say as I head up.

After Zachary's footsteps had disappeared a wicked smile spread over Raynare's face "don't worry my love soon maggots will be feasting on Akeno's flesh then it will be just you and me.
Over the next few week Raynare keep up the act she got along with Rias and her servants while secretly wishing death upon them. When she was around Akeno she treated her like a sister while showing she was happy for her and Zachary. All the while her mind ran wild with creative ways to kill her the favorite being choking the life out of her.
Then three weeks later the day arrived.
Akeno was get ready to make a pact with one of her usual clients. She kissed Zachary long and hard the step threw the magic circle to the client's location. But when she appeared on the other side she wasn't where she needed to be, she was at the ruined church at the edge of town the same church Rias killed Raynare in. Akeno was still trying to understand what happened when she heard clapping there siting on the stairs that lead up to where the alter used to be sat Raynare he wings out and she was in her fallen angel attire clapping while eyeing Akeno.

"It was a pretty church before me and my co-workers destroyed it." She then snapped her fingers and the front door fallowed by the window shutters slammed shut. Akeno looked around realizing she was trapped but when she looked back at Raynare a spear of light pierced her right shoulder. Akeno fell to the floor screamed as the light burned her devil skin. Raynare walked over and picked up the spear and lifted Akeno into the air. Raynare walked back to were she was and slammed Akeno into the wooden floor. After Akeno stopped screaming Raynare spoke"Do you have any idea how hard it was to hack that magic circle and have it send you hear?" Ray said with humor in her voice. "You won't get away with this bitch!" Akeno said threw gritted teeth. Raynare twisted the spear in Akeno shoulder causing her more pain. She then got on top of her and looked her dead in the eye. "Imagine coming back to life only to find the man you love the one you want to spend the rest of your life with the one you want to be the father of your child has moved on to someone else. Do have any fucking idea how much pain my heart went threw when he told me we will never be." She went on "You see Akeno devils killed my parents when I was nine years old and now a filthy devil slut has stolen the one man who was always there for me. Your kind has taken everything from me twice. I'm just getting even."
"And how will you cover up my death?" Akeno asked "Simple your client sold you out to some fallen angels who then cut you to ribbons. Don't get me wrong I'm not looking forward to seeing the pain my Zachary will go through fallowing your death but I will be there for him and in time he will fall for me again and finally we will have our happily ever after. You see Akeno as long as your alive I will not have happiness. Plus, if I need to, I can always spike his drink with a love position as a last resort." Akeno eyes grow wide "You would force him to love you?" Raynare punched Akeno dead center in the nose breaking it. "Yes, I would!" she scrammed "I am nothing without him you will not take him from me!" she screamed as rivers of tears came down her checks." She stood up whipped away her tears. "To quote Katherine Pierce you have everything and it's not because you're a good little girl who disserves happiness its because you stole mine."
Raynare pulled out the spear form Akeno's shoulder causing her victim to scream into the night. Ray placed the tip of the spear over Akeno's heart and very slowly applied presser until it broke the skin and very slow continued down. "Bye, bye Akeno I promise to love Zachary enough for the both of us." She said with voice full of malice. "Just make him happy." Akeno said as her vision started to blur.
Zachary crashed threw the roof. "Raynare let her go now!" he growled. "How did you find us?" Ray asked in shock. "Akeno's phone GPS said she was at a different location from where she should be." Ray looked at Zachary with somber eyes. "I'm sorry baby but this has to be done for both our shakes. Ray put her hands at the butt of her spear. "her death will bring me peace." Zachary slammed into Ray sending her flying into the wall. He then pulled Ray's spear out and used his erupting burring finger to sear Akeno's wounds shut.
The two-lovers hugged as the moon light shined down for the hole in the roof. "Hey Zachary baby." Came the meek voice of Raynare. The couple looked over at Raynare who had a look of absolute surrender. "You said we said we wouldn't be together in this life but we will in next right?" Zachary's eyes widened in fear "Rayanre don't!"
"I'll go on ahead." She said with a smile." Raynare summoned a knife of light. "I love you Zachary." Raynare then drove the knife threw her through.
Blood spilled out of Ray's neck as her body slumped over she let out one last breath then the light left her eyes and she died. "Zachary let a scream of sadness one of which he would never ever make again. As his scream subsided wicked laughter could be heard. The two looked up to see Kokabiel flying above the hole in the roof. "Well I must admit this went better the I hoped." "You revived her father how why?" "the kahos brigade knows old forgotten magic that recalls the dead but it very taxing to do as for why I did it simple to see you suffer. And the best part is she had no idea who revived her everything she did was of her own free will. That's why I revived her to see that delicious look of suffering on your face." Kokabiel flung his head back and laughed as his son began to shack in anger.
Akeno froze in fear at what she saw. The whites of Zachary's eyes turned a glowing red, his dull red eyes turned a bright yellow. His eyes where exactly like his father's. "I'LL KILL YOU!" he screamed with everything he had. "And tomorrow you will get you chance the kahos brigade is finally, ready to start its master plan meet me on the battle field son for our last battle and I will send you to see Raynare." Kokabiel spread his ten wings and flew off all the while Akeno looked in fear as all of Zachary's teeth turned to fangs.
High in the sky a tiny ball of light looked down on Zachary. "Is he still worthy of the redemption system.
