I was at the airport waiting for my flight to Hawaii when I got a call for the ninth time  today from mother asking if I had arrived yet or not . I signed looking at the phone was this just great, I picked up my phone and dialed my brother who picked up after three rings.
"  Jackson , if mum calls again am going to break my phone, please tell her that am fine for the fiftieth time today." I said
" you should know by now , ever since you told her you were following in dad's footsteps..."
" I know please tell her not to worry that I am fine and please tell  dad, am going to kylies house for the weekend."
" I still don't know why , you are  talking that duche bag."
"  well, am a forgiving spirit." I laughed and I heard my flight been called on the pa system.
"  forgiving my  foot, well I heard  your flight been called so, shu  away and I will see you soon." He said
" love you." I  hung up and scrolled  through  my phone and found  Mac's number and texted him. This was going to be a new adventure for me.

About  three hours later , I could see  Hawaii  coming into view and I smiled it good to be home. I sighed  with relief not more taking orders  for the next two days  till I get my new job   and all of the sudden I became nervous again. I was surprised  when I got the call from the governor Peterson, but who was I to turn  down and offer like that, sure Matty was sad bit thrilled that she even threw a party for me  at the phonix, I even got to see sammy and callen after a while.   I got my bags and walked up to  luaage claim and picked up my bags and that's when I saw my role model  and my father  waiting for me at  the airport , I ran like nobody's  business in his arms.
" hi papa, I missed you." I hugged him so tight that he couldn't breath.
"  Lani bear, I have missed you too."
" it's been years. "  I said , at this point I didn't care whether deltas  were not to cry but damn  could you blame a girl.
" Aww, come on let me buy you lunch before you go to kylies and get ready for that ball i told you about "  He said
" as long has  yet get me my loco moco  to eat am good ."
" Sure, why not and besides am not the only one who say hi to you ." He said and smirked, just then my phone rang as I was getting the car.
"Adrian."I said
" well well, I hear you are coming to work for me .'  The voice said , damn why does his voice make my insides melt.
" hmm, I have no idea what you are talking about McGarrett and besides it's illegal to track my phone."  I smiled,Like thats ever stopped him even when we were dating.
" I had to when you didn't tell me you were moving to Hawaii and I had to hear it from  Joe,  am hurt  especially after Italy."
" you and I remember  Italy differently  and besides I kinda saved  you ass." I said looking at my dad with an apologetic look  and he just smiled .
" Why don't we meet up at kamencona's place  and we can talk about how you not saving my ass."
" deal" I smiled
   
After a long father  daughter  bonding car ride  I discovered that it was Hawaii was even more beautiful than I remembered it especially  when you have been  away  for so long. Finally we arrived and I had a long chat with my father when someone blocked my eyes and within a split second "ouch was heard and I saw that it was
McGarrett on the ground .
" now that's how I remember Italy. " And my father laughed and so did a stranger
" hi, am Danny Williams pleasure to me you  and you sir."
" Lelani." I smiled
' and that's my queue to leave ." My dad said " see you home darling and Mcgarrett nice seeing you again son"
" pleasure sir." he said dusting himself off the ground.
" bye  papa." I smiled
" Now that's something  I will pay to see everyday." Danny said laughing
" Shut it Daniel."
" nice to see you   water baby." I teased  " Sam and Jack says hi."
