I woke up the next morning to see that Abigail was gone. I began to panic, I looked around the entire place quickly standing up in a panicked state ready to run. Just then Abigail walked in with an assortment of berries. I instantly ran toward her about to hug her when I remembered the berries and stopped. Abigail gave a confused look, she put the berries down before questioning me. "What was that about?" "Oh uh well.." I really was embarrassed to even tell that she scared me half to death. "I just panicked when I woke up and you weren't there." I said softly but loud enough for Abigail to hear what I had said, "I thought you had been taken or killed by one of them." Venom spat out of my mouth when I had mentioned the horrid creatures. Abigail picked up on this. "Why do you hate them so much? After all they weren't the beings that killed Liam." I winced as she said this to me. "Well if you had researched about them you would know that some can shift into whatever they desire," I say calmly. "I knew that the thing that killed my brother wasn't human because everyone in town had loved him. He was so sweet and kind to everyone. No one hated him so why? Why him? Because whoever or more so, whatever killed him was inhuman." I ranted to Abigail. I knew that I should probably just move past this because it was in the past but I mean I was determined to find out what killed Liam. I sighed, it was more audible than I had originally thought because Abigail had asked me what was wrong. "It's nothing I'm just super in my thoughts today and that's all," I replied and Abigail nodded. "Well let's get out of this Hell forbid forest and find our way to civilization."

A/N I'm sorry about it being short.
