"Okay, listen ass face, this is like the 10th message I've left you. Where are you? Call me!"'I screamed into my phone. I sat in his trailer, waiting for him.
Where the hell was he? Fangs would never disappear and not tell me, especially the day I'm supposed to move in with him. I set my stuff down and rummaged through his fridge, finding a beer and sitting back down on the couch.
I hooked my jaw on the cap, and peeled it off. Most were impressed with this skill, that in fact Fangs has taught me when we were young.
The truth is I had always looked up to my older cousin. He had a good heart and wasn't so quick to violence like the rest of the serpents.
I really needed to see him. I haven't seen him in 3 years since my mom dragged me to Greendale. It was fun there and all, but this was my home. I sighed, sipping from the beer and scrolling through my phone, waiting for a simple text saying he was okay. I got nothing.
I need to get out of here. I decided to go to the Whyte Wyrm. It was an old bar that's been around forever. I used to go there to hang out all the time, not ever really drink though, considering I didn't have much of a taste for anything but beer yet.
I don't bother texting Fangs that I'm going to the Whyte Wyrm, since he doesn't bother telling me where he is. I pull out my phone, texting Toni, one of my oldest friends. We used to hang out all the time. To topaz❤️:
Heyy I'm back in town. U wanna hang at the Whyte Wyrm
From topaz❤️:
Yess I'm just heading off for my shift. Meet me there?
To topaz❤️:
Yess I'll be right thereI swing my leg over my bike and rev up the engine, taking off towards the bar.
I park my bike and see multiple motorcycles parked next to me. I can only assume one of them must be Toni's. I timidly open the door, not knowing if anyone I recognize would be here. The creaking of the old wooden doors caught the attention of a tall boy playing pool. He had a very stressed and angry face that could give me nightmares. "The hell is this north sider doing here?" He groaned, setting down the pool stick and stomping towards me.
"Y/n" the familiar squeal of Toni made me sigh in relief as she rushed over to me, engulfing me in the biggest hug she could do, considering her very tiny body. We stood there, embracing each other for what seemed like hours and I didn't hate it all. I missed her so much. The boy dropped the angry face and we made eye contact, but I instantly looked down.
"Y/n?" My heart stopped at the sound of Fps voice. I ran to him and he picked me up twirling me around before bringing me into his chest. "I missed you so much." I whispered to the only father figure I had in my life. "I missed you too, munchkin."
"Toni, we gotta get to the police station." The boy whispered to her. "Right. Hog eye?" Topaz called over. Hog eye once again greeted me with a hug before making eye contact with Toni. "Can you take my shift?" She sighed. He nodded, solemnly.
"Fangs is waiting we gotta go." Sweet Pea muttered. My head spun towards the tall emo boy, "what about Fangs?"
"What do you care?" The tall boy started toward me, but Toni pushed him back, "cool it, Sweet Pea." I assumed that was his name. "I'm his cousin." I rolled my eyes.
