School? No thanks.

"I look like complete and utter...shit." I say to myself as I stare at the mirror, sighing loudly. The house was quiet since my mom had went back to sleep, so I was going to have to deliver myself to school. I glide out of the bathroom and to my bed, picking up my backpack and stuffing my notebooks in. "Alright." I say as I look around, and to my window. When I do, I see Louis, the friend I made a few days ago when we first moved here. I watch him knock on the window, waiting for me to let him in. I walk to the window and open it, sighing heavily as he smiles. "You all ready to go?" He asks, and I nod. "Yeah, I'm ready. You gonna crawl on over here or walk out and meet up?"  I ask as the wind blows my hair slightly into my face, but I ignore it. I don't care about it. "Hm...I'll glide on over there. Stand back!" I nod and take a step back, the sides of my lips twitching up into a slight smile as he walks across the limb of the tree that was really close to my house. I watch as he steps in through the window, and smirks. "Well Leigh-Anne, are you ready to go?" He asks as he looks around my room, covered with the outfits I considered wearing. "Yeah, my mum's gonna be angry about my room though." I say as I look around at the storm, and he scoffs out a laugh. "Uh, yeah, you think? Damn, how many outfits did you go through this morning?" He asks as he laughs that cute little giggle, and I shrug. "Two or fourteen, no big. Let's just get moving." I say as I smile, and he nods and follows after, whispering 'girls' as he followed me out of the room and down the stairs.  "No in between." Louis mumbles, making me giggle quietly.

As we walked on down the sidewalk, I sigh loudly at the thought of maths and science and GYM. "I hate school." I whisper when I see the school in the distance. He looks over at me and nods, before looking back at the school. "Yeah, I can't stand school either. But at least there's good things to do. You can go to art, dance, you can also take acting classes and stuff like that. So at least we've got that!" He said in attempt to make me feel better, but I didn't really work. Although I was a dancer, and I could maybe draw a little and act. "Well...I guess so, yeah. Anyways, is there anyone I should watch out for?" I ask as we walk onto the campus of the school, and he scrunches his face up a little bit in thought, before shaking his head. "I don't think so, nope." I nod and take a deep breath of the crispy London air, and look at Louis. "So this is when we split, right?" He nods, and we hug in a half ass sort of way, and I walk away, giving him a light smile. I push open the double doors to the school and make my way to the first class, slipping through the crowds of people with ease. When I make it, I take a deep breath before opening the door, hoping no one would look at me. The classroom was fairly empty, with only a few people scattered here and there in the classroom. No one looked up from what they were doing, although two people in the class did give me a glance. One of the girls had blond hair, the other had brownish, blackish hair. The blond one had a icy blue eyes, and they were very, very pretty might I add, while the other had light brown eyes. They both watched as I made my way to the back off the room. They looked like they were trying  to figure out if they'd seen me around, and probably had since I've been here since...last week and went out often with my mum to see what the deal with everything was.

I took my seat at the very back of the classroom, hoping I hadn't taken anyone's seat. I set my denim studded backpack on the table and pulled out one of my new notebooks, hoping silently to myself that I could just get through this day without any complications.

I flipped to the first new, blank, crispy white page of the notebook and think of what to draw, but I just couldn't think of anything! I sigh and tap the pencil I had also pulled out on the page as I looked out of the window, watching the leaves flutter away in the wind. Orange, red, brown, all the pretty colors swirling around. The grass was dimming with brown tips from the cold weather that we've been having lately, instead of the scorching, burning heat that felt like satan had sat his asscrack on the Earth. I was actually beginning to feel very thankful for the bitter coldness, thinking about how the sun nearly swallowed the entire earth last summer. I sigh and look down at my notebook, before I start to draw out the words 'Hakuna Matata', on the page in block letters, zoning out and really getting into the thing I was drawing. After a few minutes of perfecting the letters, someone snaps me out of my thoughts. "Hi!" An excited, chirpy, happy voice says from in front of me. I stop drawing and look up to see the girls that were looking at me earlier, and suddenly I get a little bit nervous. I push my hair out of my face and smile, deciding to be as friendly as possible. "Hi!" I say back, setting the pencil down. 'Oh god, please do not fuck this up.' I think to myself as I watch the two girls pull a chair up to the table I was at, and look at what I was drawing. "I'm sorry to disturb you from your drawing, but Jade wanted to know if we've ever met?" The blond haired one ask politely, and I shook my head no, before telling them that I was new. "Oh, so you're new? Okay, I thought I hadn't seen you around. Also, I felt the need to ask, where did you get that top from?" She asks as she points to it slightly, and start to think. "Hm...Chiara Fashion." I say as I think it over, and they both gasp. "Oh, I love that place!" The other girl finally says. Their accents were so cute, I couldn't help but smile. The blonde one had on the black knitted sweater that ran over her palms, and shorts that had black crosses at the bottom, with Dr. Martins that were white, like mine! The other had on a black tube top and red plaid pants on that had suspenders, and some black shoes on. They both looked amazing, I don't think I could ever pull those things off.

"I'm Perrie, and this is my friend Jade." Perrie introduced herself nicely, and I smile, knowing that this was the part where I also said my name. "I'm Leigh-Anne, it's nice to meet you." I smile, before Jade flips her hair out of her face. "Made any friends yet?" She asks with a smile, and I nod. "Yeah, but only one." I say as I shrug, and they both look at each other. "Well then who is it?" Jade asks sweetly, a gleam in her eyes pushing me. "His name is Louis." "Tomlinson?!" Perrie says with a gasp, and I nod. Jade looks away and Perrie shakes her head quickly. "No, no, he's really bad news." Perrie says as she crosses her legs, and I only blink. "Why is that?" Perrie took a deep breath and looked around, before leaning in. "He's a total player, trust me when I say this. He runs through girls so quick, you'd be surprised. Right now he's on Eleanor Calder, but if you don't be careful it'll be you next!" She whispers and Jade nods. "Yes, he's not the guy you'd want to date love." I nod, taking it all in. He seemed like such a sweet kid! Who knew! I bite my lip as the bell rings, and they both wave a goodbye and go back to their tables and class begins.
