Scarlett's P.O.V

BEEP BEEP BEEP

I roll over onto my side, opening my eyes slowly. I clicked the button on my iPhone to check the time.

6:45.

I still have 5 more minutes until I had to get ready to pack for Melbourne. Today is the day, I finally move back to my childhood home. I turn onto my stomach, and bury my head into my pillow.

.....

I hear my alarm go off, once again. I groan, and check my messages as I realise the time.

9:59.

Shit.

I must have slept in longer then I thought. I rush downstairs as fast as I can, where I see my mum sitting at the table with a coffee, and the newspaper in her hand.

I look at her as if to say 'what in the hell are you doing'

'Why didn't you wake me? We have to leave in less then two hours. I have to get ready, and pack the rest of my stuff-'

I was cut off by the sound of my mums voice.

'Scarlett, calm down. Everything is sorted. All you need to worry about it getting ready. I'll do the rest'

She had her hands on my shoulders, and kissed my forehead lightly.

I gave her a quick smile, and kissed her cheek before running upstairs. I ran inside my bedroom and rushed towards my drawers. I pulled out a light pink tank top, some blue skinny jeans, and a white blazer, to complete my outfit.

When I got out of the shower I quickly got changed, and blow dried my hair. I took a while debating on weather to curl my hair, or to have it natural. I decided on curling it, just because I have enough time. My brunette hair looks great curled, well maybe not 'great', but it looks better, and gives it more volume.

I put on a bit of make-up. I never really put a lot on, just a little bit of foundation, to cover up the freckles. Some mascara, to make my blue eyes stand out, and on the odd occasion maybe a bit of eyeliner.

When I'm done finishing off my look, I take a quick time check.

It's 11:30.

I have just the right amount of time to pack the rest of my belongings.

....

When were on the plane, I plug my earphones into my phone. I randomly pick a song, which happens to be story of my life, by One direction,

Not many people really know, only my close friends, but I am an absolute fan girl when it comes to one direction. I guess I always have been, ever since they auditioned as soloists on xfactor.

An hour passes by, and I feel my self drifting off to sleep.

( Sorry it may seem kind of boring right now, please don't kill me. It's the first book I've ever written.I have quite a few good ideas for this story, so please carry on reading. I really hope you'll enjoy it).
