"I can't believe you snuck into my house and tired to scare me!"I yell and playfully push her on to my bed.

"I didn't sneak in. You gave me a key. Remember?" She laughs and says.

" Just because I gave you a key doesn't mean you can sneak and try to scare me." I smile and say.

"Haha I'm sorry. I thought you " Miss. I never get scared" wouldn't freak." She says.

"I was not scared!" I tried to convincingly say.

"Oh trust me, you should have seen your face. You were scared." She says.

"Whatever Hailey" I say.

After realizing it was almost 1:30 am on a school night, I went to ask Mom if Hailey could spend the night. The answer was yes. We crawled in bed and quickly fell asleep.

The next morning we got up at 6am and went downstairs for breakfast. After breakfast we get dressed and head out the door to catch the bus. When we got to school everybody and I mean everybody was talking the missing girl. She was a freshman, and I'm a junior, so that explains why I didn't really know her. Her name is Isabella Martinez. The school went on freakout mode and isn't letting anyone leave the building alone. We are in freaking highschool people! Can't we all be a little responsible?! This is completely ridiculous. I mean if you know how to take care of yourself then things like this wouldn't happen. School is finally over, and I'm getting a ride with my coach's son to swim practice. We've known each other since kindergarten, so he is more like a brother to me than boyfriend material I guess you would say. After arriving we head inside and change. After a long and irritating day, I dive into the nice, cool water letting the stress melt away. When practice is over I towel off and slip into my sweats and a hoodie. I decide to walk home. I put in my headphone and slowly walk home. I skip dinner and head straight to bed. I'm exhausted. I quickly drift off into a deep sleep.
