Austin's P.O.V

I called Alaska a week after I met her at the club. I asked if she would like to come to a BBQ and then go swimming at the lake at Aaron's and she happily agreed. Alaska said she would arrive probably at five-thirty or six at the latest. I told her she could bring her friend Carly along too.

There wasn't many people here. It was just me, Phil, Aaron, Tino, Alan, Jessie, and Amber. I was helping outside with Tino as we grilled hamburgers and hotdogs. I saw Jessie come out of the house with Alaska and her friend Carly following behind her. Alaska looked stunning, she had on shorts and a t-shirt with vans. Everyone turned and looked at them Alaska smiled awkwardly and Jessie pointed to me and Alaska and Carly came over to me.

"Hey, you made it!." I exclaimed happily. I followed Carly's gaze as her and Tino smiled at each other. Alaska stifled her laugh by covering her mouth with her tattooed hand.

"Yeah, thanks for inviting us. So who is everyone exactly?." Alaska asked and chuckled. I turned and pointed to everyone naming them. When I finished Carly and Tino were talking and laughing already as he grilled. I started to walk away and Alaska stood next to me the whole time. I went up to Alan and figured she would enjoy his personality.

"Hey Alan, this is Alaska. She's gonna spend the whole day with us. Pure torture." I joked and Alan tilted his head and laughed. Alaska and him glanced at each other and looked away. I raised my eyebrow at him and he shrugged. But ever so often they would glance at each other. I was getting a little jealous so I took her where the food was being set out the food. I sat next to Phil and Alaska while we ate. We all sort of ate in an awkward silence till Tino started asking questions about what they did for work.

"So what do you guys do for a living?." He asked them, I glanced at Alaska as she took a bite from her burger. She placed it back on her plate and smiled.

"I'm a photographer," Alaska said proudly.

"I'm a dancer, but what do you boys do?." Carly said after. Those were both really good jobs. I smiled at Alaska and rested my head on my palm. I was really happy she came. I stared at her numerous tattoos all over her arms amazed by how many she had.

"Those are both sweet and we're in a band called Of Mice and Men." Tino says as he gets out of his chair. I smile and nod. Alaska tilted her head and had a dumbfounded look on her face and so did Carly.

"Oh, that's why you guys looked somewhat familiar!. Carly and I saw you guys at warped forever ago!." Alaska exclaimed with a big smile on her face. I felt my insides melt when she smiled. But I'm really hoping they aren't fans, cause that would make things really awkward.

"You guys were great, but we never really got into you guys to much." Carly added and took a bite. We all laughed a little.

Alaska's P.O.V

I followed Jessie and Amber into the house. We were going to change into our bathing suits.

I went into the bathroom with my bikini. I took off my clothes and pulled on my black and blue bikini. Once I had it on I looked myself over in the mirror. It was cheeky and showed off almost all my tattoos. I put my hair into a messy bun and set my clothes in my bag and on the couch when I left the bathroom.

Everyone was already outside so I hurried out. Austin and Alan were sitting on the wooden table chatting. Austin turned his head and checked me out. I smirked and ran to the water.

"Did you have fun?." I asked Carly as she drove back to our apartment. She nodded and smiled. I stared out the window as dark clouds were forming above us. Today was wonderful at Aaron's and just to meet everyone was great. I really enjoyed talking to Jessie about tattoos, cause I love them, obviously. But, I couldn't believe that Alan was the guy from the club that saved my ass, and I couldn't take my eyes off of him.

"Do you like Austin?." Carly spoke curiously. I didn't look back at her so she couldn't see me blushing. I tucked a strand of my hair behind my ear and bit my lip.

"I don't know.. He's sweet, cute, funny, etc. What about you, Tino?." I replied and giggled. I liked Austin, a little. He is a great guy honestly.

Carly said no. But I know she likes him. It was really obvious. I mean, who wouldn't like all of them?.
